  1. Well considering all the LFC players seem to get burgled on European nights, its hardly surprising that they haven't. Everton - European football - its whats is called a rarity!!;)
  2. Yeah probably Mr Staveley her dad I would imagine
  3. Ritz Carlton then, maybe we should contact the hotel direct and ask them if Parry was there. Doesn't take a genius to use google and find out which hotel you claim to work MUPPETT of the highest order:telloff:
  4. Seriously, there's some people here who need to take a lie down. The simple fact of the matter is, when you watch the clip, Gerrard knew exactly what was going to happen. He knew the defender was going to come and challenge for the header, he knew there was going to be contact. He had two choices, challenge for the ball, try and stay on his feet, maybe risk losing possession, and put a cross into a crowded penalty area.... Or, take the challenge and go down, and there's a chance the ref might give it (particulaly as he missed two others, plus a handball on the edge of the area), it's intelligent game play in the way football is currently played. Do I like it? Not particularly. Did I celebrate the fact we got a penalty? - you bet I did. Did I celebrate the Goal? - Absolutely. Would I have done the same if I'd have been Gerrard, yes I would, and I'd celebrate too, we battered a team for 90 minutes and got nothing. Am I happy about it, not really, but every other club is doing it, and whilst it is all well and good saying that LFC players should take the moral high ground, it gets us nothing. Apart from a spot in the Intertoto like citeh! If it had been in the centre circle, it would definately have been a foul - but if it had been in the centre circle would Gerrard have gone down, probably not. We may not like it, but this is the way football has gone, because we've allowed it to become such a glamorous game, that attracts big money, then the stakes become even higher.
  5. Yes listen to his interviews during the summer when he was at the Euros, it was all Team Adebayor this and that. Adebayor is good striker.. blah blah blah. Bloody attacking version of Djimi Traore :|
  6. Ishmail Miller, Olafinjani, still doesn't come close to Ade Akinbiyi for me
  7. Could work for us, or against us, depending on the results, but what a stupid time to play a match in London for Christ sake. That also means it'll be on the budget channel setanta then, crap !
  8. Thats right, they have a keeper who can't deal with corners and set pieces and flaps like a bird. Which is great cos our ability to put a corner in is fantastic isn't it. **Sits and thinks for a while and realises he may be wrong.** Saying that I do think we'll get a couple, but not from set pieces.
  9. Remind me - the best header of the ball...... Milan 2007/08 season CL at the emirates, Two yards from Goal no one in front of you Adebayor's heading it into an empty..... CROSSBAR!!! How you can say his heading makes him the best really takes the urine!!! That and his unique ability to refer to himself in the third person all summer, Adebayor this Adebayor that, just to get himself a better contract. He's a poor man's Mark Bright:lol:
  10. Yes some of those LFC companies are indeed dormant, and will remain so, standard business practice really. However, Stanley Park is a good one for that arse Parry, the redevelopment of the new ground, and he (not G&H) just happens to be a director, Iask you Mr Parry, would you like to bleed anymore money out of this club in any other way, or are you quite happy to royally shaft us forever.:telloff:
  11. It should be how Sly SPorts had it first off, 8 games 3pm Saturday kick off, one on a Sunday at 4pm and then Monday night. All of this crap about lunchtime kick-offs for derby matches cos of trouble/pubs is crap. If someone wants to get tanked up and have a ruck with opposition they can go down tesco's for 2litres of cheap cider. Bring back Saturday kick offs, at least you can plan to be at matches, rather than fannying around watching for Sly and Setanta to decide which one they want.
  12. Part of my job means I have access to Companies House. The numbers are company reg numbers and they work consequtively, everytime a new company is established. The last company I worked for was set up in 1996, and it started 0321, so why I assume that the 03 were done then. The 05 company was registered 27th Sept 2006 - so that might be a G&H (MR Thomas Ollis - think his parents must be Laurel and Hardy fans) company. It is all about tax/money, but most plc and large companies do it, so it certainly isn't out of the ordinary. You can see brief info by going to https://secure.creditgate.com/search/search.aspx?businessname=liverpool+football&SearchType=CompanyReports
  13. Do we take a good corner and free kick then??
  14. Schizophrenia Wright.... he changes his mind more times through a show. They should rename that station as TalkArse.nal, as that's seems to be the only ones who get through to lick his bum. Made me laugh when he tried to defend Mongo for not playing for england. No wonder the BBC panned him
  15. Unfortunately, we can only blane the three at the top of the slimy yanks (starting 06), the ones starting 03 would've been "companies set up in the late 90's. By default in buying LFC, they would then become shareholders (and then install themselves as directors) of the rest of the Group of Companies. Anyway, lets hope for not too long eh?? :(
  16. How to make money and influence Yanks - The Red Years
  17. Surely Becharesma could've dun a jo....... :whoops: **turns and walks away shielding eyes**
