I have worked in the private intel space in the past and the degree to which I've seen private companies entangle themselves in government affairs, not just in the USA but across the globe is quite alarming.

I worked in the Middle East in Nov/Dec and the price of petrol there was about 17p a litre. Cheaper than bottled water.

I went to see it with about 7 other people and I think I was the only one who came out and said "that was good". Quite a clever film, nothing too absurd in it.

Slow down. I didn't give my opinion on the Johnson signing - I just made a point that 75% of people don't seem to consider. Yes it does work both ways, agreed, but again you're getting ahead of yourself. I wasn't just applying that argument to (and I hate this phrase, symbolic of just how deep in the shit we are) "anti-Rafa" posts, but to everything.

Why is it that half the posters on here seem incapable of factoring any more than a couple of points into their arguments? It's either "Rafa's spent loads", "Rafa bought Johnson when we needed a striker" etc; it's more complicated than that! For instance, Portsmouth owed us money - does that change your opinion in any way, even in the slightest? No-one seems capable of actually formulating a rational coherent argument about anything. It's like the opinion is made and the rationale is tossed in as a token afterthought. Depressing really, that these are the people who are judging the men who actually put some thought into their decisions.

Babel clearly was told to NOT close Everton down too much but to sit in front of their midfield, forcing them to hoof it long. Which they did, and genius Moyes decided to bring on another big lump up front hahahaha. As much as I dislike him and want him out, he did what he was told to do today.

No - the point I was making is that the biggest problem at the club is not Rafa, Lucas, Dirk or Babel; it's the owners. Replacing Rafa will achieve nothing whilst those two are still leeching money from the club. Losing Rafa will be what starts the downward slide however. We're not going to attract any big name managers to replace him, and you can forget about this siphoning of talent from Spain that we've been doing. That'll stop as well. They're the problem, they're the ones dragging us down and they're the ones who need to fuck off.
