Too true. It makes you make statements and judgements that are insane, irrational at best. At half time of the Europa Final everything about the club, the players, the bright future.....they had me hook, line and sinker. 10mins into the 2nd half and those heroes became money grabbing, talent lacking, shit signing, no effort, over paid wankers. Taken me until now to start mustering any excitement again, new signings, new era etc. Dave U often made the point that in the match reports that he wont let them fool him again as they will inevitably let him down. As someone already said- Benteke will likely end up at Palace on deadline day on loan. I really hope Klopp changes that trend. Makes it crystal clear (see what I did there) very early in pre-season that if he stays he wont play. Palace getting Townsend and selling Gayle maybe strengthens the chance of it happening
