If your gonna loose weight, do it for yourself not some bird. Then again i had the same issue with my ex bird. But it was the other way around. She wanted me to 'bulk up' cos i was a skinny twat. I fell for it hook line and sinker. So i started goin the gym. We broke up and 3 years later i still go the gym 3 x week cos i fuckin love it. I thank her for that!!

The best way to teach our kids happines in schools would be to fly them over to Africa or Russia or somewhere like that for a term and be taught there and do what they do. Eat what they eat, and live how they live. That will give them an appreciation of life and school wrapped up in an experience that cant be taken away and will probably scare the shit out of them all. Now, i'm not saying scare tactics is the main of this regime. People need contrasts in experiences to grow. You cant change until you've experienced change. If only the money was there
