1. I see some say that the transition would be seamless; transition from what? Good to great, shit to worse, shit to better? What would a seamless tansition look like? Apart from this tragic run we're on, (and a handful of pre-Crimbo games) we've seen some excellent pass-and-move stuff. There are always seams. Name three clubs that haven't had dodgy transitions from one set of personalities to another when a new manager has come in. We've seen a build from the back which, until Johnson, Agger and Kelly have been out, had us in the top two defenses. Some are saying that it's only his legendary status at the club that is keeping him here; well thank fuck for that! We know he is a manager who has pedigree and, has done it in the past. Imagine he wasn't a club legend, but still had his work cut out for him, but had great potential of bringing us glory - he'd be gone. And we'd be back at square-one wondering if the new guy had it in him. Not sure if that point is clear. I can't see Comolli working with Benitez, for what it's worth. So I'm not thinking about that possibility. Our DoF will be the head-hunter should Kenny go, so who knows what to make of that conundrum. I really think Kenny should be given till the end of the calendar year, if not, Villas Boas. Whoever is there come December, they should be given three years.
2. United got there before us. They even got Sky-mongs before SKY came along.
3. Anyone else not comfortable with how long it took to look away form this? I've gone back for seconds. Boss beard!
4. Anyone else think that Kenny is keeping Carra in shape for FA Cup? The old one match at a time is something he rubbished (behind closed-doors) in his Rovers days; rotation. My fear is that Carra will play right-back, even though Skrtel did well there against...I forget. I'd give Carroll the start. Fuckin right! He balls up with the dive/tumble, but kept at it till the hook. And it would re-inforce Kenny's faith in him. I'd say he got a right going over. I'd defo start Shelvey too. Made for Villa he is. Doni Carra, Skrtel, Coates, Enrique Gerrard, Spearing, Shelvey Suarez, Carroll, Downing
5. I think some are missing the point of the article; be patient, and let the manager get on with the job.

7. Cringe at the last thing he says.
8. I won't be surprised if he Kenny resigns at close of business this season. I worship the ground he walks on, but also it seems now like he's walking an the ground I worship. Of late, he hasn't given away anything to allay fears that he has lost his mojo. That press conference from the other day was the very first time I rolled my eyes at his first response to a reasonable question: ''you'll need to ask him'', was the reply to a question about whatever player said that Liverpool were tired near the end of the QPR game.
9. I don't think he means 'over represenation', as in undeserved. He means it in pure numbers terms, not as actual representatives. The counter-side would be that black guys are under-represented in white-collar jobs.
10. One thing that Holt is in danger of doing making critics of Connor, over-egg the pudding in an effort to show their criticism has nothing to do with his skin colour. This could have a very damaging effect on Connor's - real or perceived - good reputation.
11. I think he means that the percentage of black players - foreign or nay - are greater than their per-capita representation. Where as the manager representation is in line with the population percentage of black lads.
12. Has been kinda gash lately, or is it just me? Apart from some awful nutmegs leading to goals this season, there have been some very hairy moments we've gotten away with too. Is it time for a reminder of who is boss, or do we reward his loyalty by sticking? Can't say he's been awful, but not up to his past assuredness (word?).
13. ''When Connor was offered it, he may have looked around and seen only three other black managers at England's 92 football league clubs. He may have figured that chances like this don't come along very often if you are a black coach in English football and that he had better grab it with both hands.'' Mindreader now are you Holt? Does he think that Gullit and Rijkaard wouldn't get a sniff on their day too? If you actually hear him talk, you learn he's a snivelling idiot.
14. Read the exchange with him and Annie Eaves. Fogging moron. I just feel sorry for Connor because he looks like deer caught in the headlights after every game, but now I feel sorry for him now because Holt thinks he's doing him a favour by highlighting his skin colour. And another thing, did he really have to bring up Suarez again? Fucking snake!
15. Embarrassed I got taken in by this before I researched who the guys behind it were fundies.
16. There's everything to be gained by not making sweeping changes with so few games left. Let a settled team play for the badge, points, reputations etc.
