    Arse`s record in the prem against the other top 3 this season is only bettered by our`s. So I think that they have a chance but they have to score first and defend a lot better than in the two CL games against the Mancs.

    If we win our last 2 fixtures we will finish with 86 points , which on probably 8 times out of 10 would be more than enough to win the league, I think that as much as we hate to say it The Mancs have just had an exceptional season and we probably have just been really unlucky . Over a season most if not all teams drop silly points and can say we should have won this game or we should have won that game we have been no exception.But I really do belive that the difference this season is that the Mancs have just benefited from a better squad and a bit more luck than us.

    Refreshing really. A honest answer to a question, it would have been far easier for him to say he loved playing for The Arse and that the money was`nt his main concern. There are very few players at the very top level who don`t play for the money, lucky that we have three of them.

    Agree with most of what you say, but we were top of the prem from end of September until into December I think, so IMO I think that the period between December and end of January,the time that we drew so many games just happened to coincide with the loss of both Torres and Gerrard. So yes, buying keane was a mistake and had Rafa had his way and got Barry could we maybe have done better?

    The reason that none of these so called "Stars" play for any of the top 4 is because none of them have the dedication and single mindedness to do so. Overpaid , egotistic bastards. I have no sympathy for the clubs that employ them .

    I was wondering what opinions are as regards finishing second (in all probability). Was it down to the fact that we lost the services of our 2 most influential players for a large part of the season ie. Torres and Gerrard. Especially around the time that we drew so many games, or Was it down to Rafa`s team selections and tactics. I personally think that if Torres and Gerrard had been fit and playing all season we would definatly have won the prem this season. Before anyone hammers me for throwing the towel in on the prem this season, I have`nt but I am being realistic in that I can`t see the Mancs dropping 6 point in their last 3 games.

    I can see Barry coming in as soon as the season end`s, but IMO there is no way that Alonso will be going anywhere. I think that he has been our best player this season and when he`s not playing we sometime lack vision. Rafa has said that he is keeping all of his best players, unless like Sami they want to move on. I also think that we will only sign quality this summer so maybe only Barry plus 2 more.

    After reading through some of the threads on here I am begining to think that some on here are starting to become as paranoid of the Mancs as they are of us. That can`t be right so how about we stop right now and just concentrate on things that really matter to LFC and it`s fan`s. And to be honest those Cunt`s don`t really matter to us, DO they?

    Just a word of caution, even if they drop the 6 points required we still have to win EVERY game we have left, not saying we can`t but it is still a big ask.

    I think that to go through tommorrow we would have to do something that even eclipses Istanbul, Chelsea have lost 2 home games in the league this season, prior to that they had gone 80 odd home games unbeaten, they have defiantly improved under Hiddink and although i`m not a defeatist I am a realist and I don`t think that theres any way we will beat them by 3 goals. plus I agree with Coop.

    I don`t think that we have any chance of turning it round and in a way I`m not really going to be too upset if we don`t. If we get knocked out on Tuesday then we will have a full week off before our next match with Arsenal, after that we will have one game per week until the end of the season and I think that then we can party because I really do think that the Premiership title is heading to Anfield. The Manc`s look fucked even though they are scrapeing through at the moment , they will drop at least 4 points. Chelsea will concentrate on the champions league in my opinion.

    Great interview, I really enjoyed listening to it, made me realise that we really do have a special manager.

    I wanted us to be in the title race and get to the Champions league final plus the ownership issue sorted out. Up till now i`m happy.
