  1. Pepe for me I think the way he studies the game is a big asset as well. From what we've seen and heard in the past, particularly with Spain, he is a massive presence in the dressing room. Its not all about what happens on the pitch
  2. The first match I saw Keegan play a full 90 minutes, was coming back from Wembley one year, and watching the 74 cup final on video I'd always thought he just worked hard, I'm not sure I've ever seen a player who worked as hard as him in that match. I also seem to recall someone telling me, that a reason he, wasn't thought of that highly when he left, was that he said, that the only team he'd come back to play when he left Germany, was United. Was that true?
  3. Messi for me. Mainly because I can pretty much watch every single match he plays, and I can't remember many when he hasn't done something which has amazed me. Maradona? how many matches were we actually able to watch him? I only remember watching him for 90 minutes for Argentina. As class as he was, I've just seen much more of Messi!
  4. I heard him described as a no better than a 7/10 and no worse than 6/10 player. Not seen anything as of yet to suggest anything otherwise.
  5. I don't rememeber some of these, love the Fowler ones!
  6. So the Defensive Midfielder, should be trying to win the ball in the air against the oppositions Centre half? All that means is we defend deeper and deeper
  7. I want to see whoever is playing CB attcking the ball in the air. Depresses me, just how many times we leave it to Lucas to win the ball against the opposition CF
  8. Not been Skrtel's biggest fan in the past, but i have to say last 3 matches he has really impressed me. Just wish the back 4 would play higher up the pitch. We're a goal waiting to happen when we defend deep
  9. A John Barnes lob, against Milwall at the Den, about 89
  10. I thought he did alright last night. Guess it all depends what we expect from him, personally I don't expect much
  11. Don't mind him to be honest. Certainly nowhere near as bad as Allardyce or Phil Brown or Warnock for that matter.
  12. The picture House, by the knocked down Odeon, London Rd, had it advertised. It should be on everywhere though, yes?
  13. Can you imagine how the likes of Fat Sam and Phil Brown would manipulate that for their own benefit!
  14. Hughes to the Foxes Sven to Blackburn
  15. Pace up front, someone who will lead the line, and give us options. A centre half who can head the ball would be good as well
  16. I love it, just completely random the way some people follow
  17. At least there is only 2 maybe 3 of them with hate filled faces on that one. Maybe they aren't all bad????
