    I think Kuyt's attributes are obvious, and I certainly respect him for his attitude, his workrate, and his determination. He's not a bad player either.     Make no mistake, Rafa's performance will be reviewed on an annual basis, and while there might not be an advertised 'time limit', any a football club, like any business, will have a plan which it will measure progress against, and I'm sure winning the league is a milestone in that plan.
