Got my Ipod and got the I tunes account on lap top which is the main one . Now, I have songs that seem to has gone AWOL from Ipod so I need to get them back . When I attach my ipod to itunes it says ..sync this bastard Ipod to this fuckin itunes you twat (give or take ). Then it says if you do this you will probably lose all that cool shit on your ipod and you will have the whole of this library . Is this true ? I dont want all the current itunes songs on my ipod as the current Mrs W has a load of WW2 and Xmas songs on it as well as every mother fuckin Hall & Oates song ever.

I am watching them all again . I love it . It does get way better after first series so please stick with it . By the 3rd you are hooked and Ari becomes very addictive indeed . Johnny Drama actually gets a lot of really good lines and once you get his character the show gets better. I imagine he is not to everyones taste.

I have been on a good few courses . Some better than others but they all have elements of bullshit in them . They are often full of complicated methods of thinking when generally just use common sense and if you are relaying on these courses to control every element of how you work then you become a massive bellend . The biggest pile of shit I heard was in relation to changes and attitude . It read as some sort of equation as in " if the need for change is greater than the resistance then apply the ..... Model of solution . I mean what the fuck ? Just speak English and sort it out . and you know what else I fuckin hate .... STEP CHANGE . just sayin .

Bad Neighbours - quite enjoyed it as it was never going to one I had massive expectations for . Some really funny bits but it did have its plodding along moments . 7 /10 The Den - web chat room horror thing. It gave it a good go but generally it was not that great . 4 /10 with a bonus point for the fit main lead girl .

on season 4 of Scandal and it is a guilty pleasure for sure . Just watched the TV film for Hello Ladies . The show did not get a second series but the film is a good way to end it. The Flash is decent Sunday morning enjoyment . I am really still loving Suits .
