i have to say though, about Crouch i wouldnt play him again until he scores a few in the reserves as moany as Cisse may be, his eagerniss, and bad attitude could be the catalyst for us getting out of this slump, he would be my firdt name on the team sheet for the West Ham game without a doubt i didnt see the interview afterwards with Rafa, i was too pissed off and just turned the tellie off, when people say he looked worried, do they mean as in, "what the fuck can i do next " kinda worried?

i thought Raven did ok ,not great, only ok, Warnock had his worst game for us ever tonight, his positioning was all over the place Kewell did well, i guess he was taken off dure to lacking match fitness fuck it, i always say the coca cola cup doesnt become important until the senmis anyway, but its still no excuse for playing crap

1 thing thats worrying me i hope, some of the big signigns dont be looking at us at the moment, i.e Simao, jaoquin ,whoever, obviously i dont nkow the names, im just guessing, but i hope their not thinking, "fuck that, their crap, im not going there" these last 2 games have been so poor its untrue, surely it can only get better ;)

Kewell was easily our best player tonight, Morientes wasnt too bad, looked dangerous at least Crouch, well, do i really have to type anything about him, couldnt understand the booing though ;)

is this the best player in europe, or european competition? not sure how they actually judge it, but you`d guess that Adriano or Ronaldhino would win it of course, the victory in istanbul helps our lads, it`b nice for Gerrard to get it, he has our best chance chuffed for Carra to be nominated, still reeling he didnt get the best defender in the champions league last year, Terry got it, and they let in way more goals than us ;)

rushian,is there any positive signs on the investment front btw? and i agree with what someone said about paying slightly over the odds, we`ve let way too many players slip through our grip because of this, to name 3, damien duff, swp, and ronaldo, all could have been wearing red for us, but now all at differnt clubs, clubs preapred to take the gamble
