Try Firefly - I have just finished watching the TV series and then the film Serenity. Absolutely brilliant - how the TV series got canned before it was finished I cant understand.

Saw the film on Saturday and was very impressed. From a time point of view when does the film take place in relation to the series? Would the series still be as enjoyable having seen the film first?

What a cracking match once the first period was over. Looks to me that the rule changes have made the game far more exciting and if last nights scores are anything to go by there are going to be loads more goals. I am in Florida next month for a holiday and will be going to see Tampa Bay play the NY Rangers - should be good.

This year they have hired one of the most wanted manager in europe, they have already bought quality players (Robben, Chech, Ferreira) and are ready to spend silly money on the likes of Gerrard, Rooney and others. I dont see how the three players they have bought already improve their team. They already have IMHO the best keeper in the Premiership in Cudicini. Robben is unproven in the Premiership so who knows if he will be any better than an injury free Duff. And Ferreira - is he not the guy who gifted Greece their first goal and hasn't played since ? Glen Johnson is likely to be a pretty good full back anyway. They might have silly money to spend but look at the players who have already turned them down - Ronaldo (the Real one), Beckham Roberto Carlos, Mexes etc

NP as the resident NHL expert on here can you answer something for me. In the Tampa/Fliers Game 2 at the end Brashear was according to the commentators told he couldn't play the last shift. I understand why this happened because all hell would have broken loose at the end but why has the referee got the power to do this ? Brashear came on anyway but was then penalised with a double misconduct but as the game was just about over he got away with it. Shouldn't the coach be censured for letting him get on ?

Must admit first time I saw it I thought it was a dive butif you look at the ref's position you can see why he gave it becuase he is trying to see past a couple of other players. Interesting that on the Sky review just now Alan Smith has said that 'it doesn't look as he got much of anything' when asked about whether Huth got the ball. For me though the worst decision was to not send Scholes off for that dreadful challenge on Lampard after he had already been booked for diving.

When I was in Toronto earlier this year I couldn't believe how late the so called fans were in getting back to their seats after the mid period intervals. There were loads of empty seats mainly in the expensive sections where tickets are upwards of $200 CDN. Flames looked good last night and got over the shock of having to go into OT after being well on top in period 3. And this was with Iginla not having a shot until OT. Hopefully Tampa can keep up the good work tonight on the Flyers.

Couldn't believe it was the same 2 sides as had played Game 4. Toronto dominated that so much and I thought they would be able to go to Phili and win. Now I cant see them winning tomorrow although surely Belfour has to have one big game in this series. The crowd will be so important to them as well. What chance that Calgary will finish Detroit off tonight and can the Avs complete their comeback tomorrow. Are San Jose the Liverpool of the NHL ? They deserved to lose in Game 5 after scoring first and then just sitting back.

I agree about Tampa but having watched most of Game 3 and all of Game 4 I thought the Canadiens were a little unlucky to lose both games. There were only a few seconds left in Game 3 when Tampa equalised and in last nights game Montreal were well on top and then got into penalty trouble during which Tampa equalised. After that Montreal struggled. I just think that if the Leafs could get some real consistency into their game and get their penalty killing working they would be a match for anyone. Bit like Liverpool FC I suppose. By the way isnt it Yonge Street ? Or are you thinking of some other street ?

Just finished watching Tampa and Canadiens and must admit Tampa look very good with Lecavalier and St Louis just about involved in everything. They also seem to have the hottest goalie who's name I wont even try to spell. My daughter was in the ACC on Wednesday and she said she has never seen an atmosphere like it. Even though the Flyers started out better she always thought that the Leafs would pull through. If they could keep that up they would not only get past Phili I think they would have a good chance against Tampa. Looking forward to watching it later.
