'IF' found guilty, I would day a fine and suspended sentence is likely outcome, custodial is out of the question. A lot of the heat has been taken out of this case due to the 7 month delay. Key figure here is Ferdinand himself, I reckon, as the complaint was not made by him so his evidence of what was said or heard is crucial. Also key is what action the FA take afterwards. Depending on what the evidence is, even if he is found not-guilty in court, as we all know, the FA have a lesser standard of evidence.

I think they did do that years ago when all the red button digital stuff started. They had a player cam and camera views from the ends of the pitch rather than the side.
