1. Lad in front of me last night was talking about this, there were certainly a few at the game last night. Anybody know owt else about it, apart from bring a Uruguay flag to the game?
2. I'm assuming that everyone is of reasonably sound mind and therefore loves a box of matchmakers, preferably consumed all at once. What's your favourite flavour, though?
3. No surprise there. He wanted to be a bowler when he was younger but turned to wicket keeping because he couldn't bring himself to bowl a maiden over.
4. The man is a legend. Really enjoyed the documentary before the Electric Proms gig and currently enjoying a few cold beers taking in the sounds of him and the Band Of Joy Electric Prom. One of the greatest male singers of all time. Doth my cap to you Mr Plant.
5. Good compilation of some of his goals for us. What a player! YouTube - Liverpool - Robbie Fowler (goals)
6. I didn't spect that from liverpool's big captain.. I can tell to all liverpool fans, that steve g will play next season in my hated real madrid..TRUELY! and honestly i love steve g buy i'm starting to think that's ver very sad, i feel steve is going to betray lfc, and then torres will also leaved, torres is a mercenary, what a shit! and all the fault or part of it, its benitez ( great coach) but he can't do it worst than the last season, he let go x. alonso and this ship sink down down.. benitez MAKE A BIG BIG MISTAKE in the trades and the bastard yankees also are shit PUTA REAL MADRID DE MIERDA FORZA ATLETICO I HOPE MY OTHER TEAM LFC GO UP, CHEER UP REDS!
7. After watching the full series 4 of Dexter over the last few days I have to say that the intro is superb. The normal daily morning routine made to look sinister. Almost showing that even the most normal of things can have a dark side. Any other suggestions?
8. Nintendo Wii console in black - Woolworths Use code ZG003 for £30 off and then XX607 for free delivery. 8% Quidco cashback too. Bought two seperately on two newly created accounts (one for delivered at home and one at work). Two pressies sorted.
9. I love it. Had it tonight but my wife thinks it is horrendous and knows of noone else in the world who eats it. Is it a Liverpool thing? We always had it as kids. Its great. Yes or No?
10. Just went out for lunch and on my travels I saw a little lad thumping his mum on the back, repeatidly. He was about 9 years old. She then moved away from him and said "Leave me alone I don't want to be near you". He replied "come here mum". You couldn't make this up... As she moved away he went for her again and started punching at her chest. He was a right butch little Geordie who looked fucking evil for a child. I think we should have child prisons, I seriously do.
11. Without a doubt it is. Oh the memories... YouTube - 112 feat. Biggie, Mase, & Puffy-Only you
12. Which would you choose say if we had won both in 2005? Which for you is the holy grail?
13. No I don't mean Dave (YKI/Dirk) type but a real beating up in a dark room type of psychology. I have just had a few scans, and procedures and right till the end despite being told otherwise by some of the best private doctors in the country I have been thinking the worst. Now they say I am totally fine, in fact I am better than I was before! But for the past two weeks I have literally been unable to eat or sleep! I think the best way to get over anxiety, is to have a good kicking, anyone happy to oblige? How does everyone handle this type of thing? The "what if"?
14. "There is a feeling against Chelsea which has partly been caused by Drogba's admission of cheating. This isn't fair on the honest pro's like Joe Coe, John Terry..." :D :D :D :D :D I stopped listening at this point because my laughing rendered the commentary on the television inaudible.
15. Football rumours------ am a friend of a lawyer who has told me that the Owner of Carlson Companies, is the potential investor in Liverpool Football Club. The rumoured amount is set to be 175 million pound buy out, with the following money going in.... 30 million for each year for the next 3 years for players. 150 million for the stadium (providing branding etc, and also allowing Carlson companies to deal in teh business ventures with LFC brand). A further 50 million to be spread out over the next three years depending on sucess. Now this is not certain, as there are other players around the negiotiation table, but this has been tabled. AND ANOTHER. Kenny Dalglish is going to head a consortium that will take over Liverpool in May along with 2 other people that are something to do with a tele communication company. (this is true not a rumor, the Liverpool Echo know all about this but are keeping it under wraps at the request of LFC and Kenny Dalglish. Talk Sport radio show got wind of this and started dropping hints on there shows but has have yet not said Kenny's name.) The above one sounds plausable. Hopefully we will find out soon.
16. Parry has now tried to put a lid on the whole affair, telling BBC Radio Five Live's Sportsweek: "We are in dialogue with Spurs and it is an episode we want to put behind us and move on. I am sure we will do that. "They are making the point they are not interested in our player and we not interested in their player, so I think we'll resolve that one."
17. Following on from SWP's cheating this week, Arsene Wenger has deplored divers and said we must punish them. He also said he hates it and his teams do not dive. :D

19. The Echo has us in for him, never seen him play apart from against England. Any good? Will cost £6M. Juventus also interested.
20. ...................that Cisse doesn't. Both have pace and can score goals. Both have poor technique and offer very little in general play apart from scoring. But why should we sell a man who waited two years for his chance here and suffered a career threatening injury, then is played out of position when he's fit- to bring back a man who couldn't get out of here quick enough. Plus we will probably lose money on both of them. Makes no sense to me. :wallbutt:
21. High praise indeed So we have Vieira and Schmeichel now! Here is the full interview: RAFA: REINA'S LIKE SCHMEICH! Aug 21 2005 By Ken Lawrence RAFA BENITEZ believes £7million goalkeeper Jose Reina will become the new Peter Schmeichel of English football. And the Liverpool boss admits he bought him from Villareal exactly because he shows the same tough, all-action style as the keeper who made himself the Great Dane of Manchester United in the 90s. Old Trafford boss Sir Alex Ferguson has never been able to replace Schmeichel's giant presence - Edwin van der Sar is the latest of a long line of those who have tried to fill the void. Yet Benitez is convinced that Reina is fast becoming a carbon copy of the man who made himself the Premiership's most successful ever keeper. He said: "Jose is very much like Schmeichel in the way he plays and I think that the more games he gets behind him the stronger the resemblance in style will be. I always like my goalkeepers to dominate not only the six-yard box but the whole penalty area - that is what Reina does and one reason Schmeichel was so successful. "Schmeichel was never afraid to go and get the ball. He always wanted to be in charge of going for crosses - and Jose is in the same mould."
22. 7-up. If anybody knows how to superimpose a can or bottle of 7-up on an Arsenal shirt and post it on here please do. I want to give some stick to those bastards tomorrow.
23. More speculation today about us possibly signing him this summer. Have to say i'm starting to warm to the idea. He's quick, tricky and scores goals. Added to that he has a mean streak which I think Rafa likes in a player. I'm not saying our players should be overly dirty but they could be a bit more competitive at times and Boa Morte would definitely bring that as anyone who saw his challenge on Saturday would profess.
24. "Everton have qualified for the CL with substantially less resources than your team." And they didn't have an injury list that would have seen them relegated within half a season. Tw*t.
