Messi and Ronaldo made great teams better. Maradonna made average teams world beaters. In terms of influence, I think he was unparalled.

Maradonna transformed an entire club who had barely won anything before and won them 2 Italian leagues and a european trophy. He was also 1 game away from lifting 2 consecutive world cups. I think messi and Ronaldo are incredible players but what maradonna did was legendary.

As far as I can tell the only people getting offered pay rises are the ones where there is a desperate shortage? Its certainly hasn't affected other low paid sector jobs...such as Amazon, fast food,shop workers etc. Another factor is that this has noy happened beciade the utter fuckwits who pushed it through, didn't understand that a whole load of lorry drivers going back home,would create a job shortage. Which is terrifying in itself. Said it before but when the likes of reece mogg etc was pushing through Brexit, I very much doubt a wage increase for waiting in staff, was top of his list.

In footballing terms ,I didnt think kane was a Guardiola type of player, as spurs built there team around them. I thought they would have got haarland.
