This nurse was full and full of apologies. It wasn't her fault though. I should have got a text or a phone call advising me of the cancellation and giving me a new appointment but that didn't happen and she had no idea why. Pissed off about it tbh, I've been struggling lately and I could have done without the appointment in the first place. Got another one on the 8th of May now which is another pain in the arse as it falls on my birthday.

Had an appointment at a health centre in Ormskirk this morning at 11:00. It's a twat of a place for parking so got there handy to make sure I wasn't late. A patient comes out of the treatment room at 10:55 and I still hadn't been called in half an hour later. The door opens and a nurse calls a patients name who wasn't there. I asked her about my appointment and she motions me in. It turns out my appointment had been cancelled as the specialist I was supposed to be seeing was off sick and had been for a week. Nice of them to let me know.
