    I'd have no problem selling Diaz and Gakpo tomorrow. Well, legally I wouldn't be able to sell them tomorrow, but in January. It's just a turn of phrase. I'm not feeling it from either. Diaz's injury has taken an edge off him. This isn't just based on today, it's been a nagging doubt. So there.

    I hate it now. Trent's dual role seems to always come with more negatives than positives. I think we have the players to perfect the 352, we basically have Serginho and Cafu, and in Szoboszlai we have Kaka, and a top two of Salah and Nunez is better than Shevchenko and whoever else played in that Milan team. But to do that need another DM or a really progressive CB. Dunno, VVD+Gomez+Konate+Matip+Quansah seems 1 short to cover 3 across a season.

    He's really good, I just think we're not quite there yet in terms of properly servicing him. EG, he's fucking great in the air but we seldom seem to give him balls like that to win. He's got a great snapshot when the ball is right to hit but too often he's chasing balls into the corner. 433 is tough without a bit of nous knitting it together.
