The manager discussed exactly why he had shouted at Firmino, saying:“Before the game, I told him he’s a striker who can sometimes be a midfielder – not the midfielder who is sometimes a striker. “We need him as a target and he came very deep. So I said: ‘what are we doing here? Knew he was class. Being a little light weight he was trying to find his feet here in the early games and seemed surprised by the pace of the premier league but now hes growing to it. Just needs to work on his finishing though we might have to give some credit to joe hart for the saves
