    He makes some good points. Suarez HAS brought Liverpool down this season with his behaviour and Liverpool have become the most hated club in the PL now thanks to him. A lot of Liverpool fans need to wake up and stop being in denial about Suarez. It wouldn`t bother me at all if we sold him. He hasn`t exactly been scoring many goals anyway and maybe he just isn`t the top player we all think he is.

    Totally agree with that. Most Liverpool fans seem to think we have the F.A cup in the bag already. All the teams left in the F.A cup are capable of beating us right now on our current form, even Bolton!!!

    I thought the piece was bang-on. Sometimes the truth hurts. But the facts are there, we have been garbage in the PL this year. I don`t know how being 3 points in front of Swansea can be classed as success with the amount of money we have spent and the amount Swansea have spent. It`s pretty embarrassing really. It seems the players can only turn it on against the top 6 teams (and Everton), which is totally unprofessional to say the least. We have to face it that we are not going to sign any top class players unless we are in the CL. To get in the CL you need a team of top cleass players. Catch 22. Top class players are not going to come to Liverpool after winning the CC and possibly the F.C cup. That is FACT. Remember that this season we had no Euopean football to "distract" us in the PL and claim "fatigue", so what the hell is it going to be like next season in the PL when we are playing the Europa league?

    Swansea only 3 points behind us. Swansea have spent nothing in comparison. Questions MUST be asked at KD signings. Let`s face it, we are now a mid table team with average mid table players.

    Just out of interest what newspaper are we as Liverpool supporters "allowed" to read as it seems they are all banned.

    At the end of last season I remember we were saying how we didn`t want to finish in a Europa league spot and let Spurs have it as it would be a hinderance to our PL season. So as we have no excuses this season of extra games with the Europa league and tired players and are currently underperforming in the PL without any Europa league do you think it will be a big hinderance next season? Thats`s if by any chance we don`t get 4th spot.

    If Stewart Downing hadn`t cost so much would he be a first choice starter right now? I would give Suso a chance to be honest. Likewise, if we hadn`t paid so much for Andy Carroll would he even be starting games or even on the bench right now? As it seems 4th place has gone maybe a good chance to play some of the youngsters if the regulars aren`t doing it?

    We have to be honest with ourselves, and right from the start when he was appointed we did not want him and never gave him a chance. I agree with him. WBA are only 4 points behind us and look what Kenny has spent to what RH has spent. If we were honest, anyone but KD this season would have got agro from our fans.

    Ibra would not come to Liverpool, he craves CL football. Although he would be good with Suarez. Imagine that. We have to dream I guess.

    My cousin is a Bolton fan and season ticketholder :lol: and he said this is the worst Bolton team he has seen in over a decade. So I am still wondering how they comfortably beat us? They have been dire all season. I know the lads apparently were thinking about the cups in the week ahead but surely being a professional footballer you should not get ahead of yourself and become complacent. A manager of Kenny`s experience should of surely have drummed this into the lads BEFORE the match and not after. Those dropped 3 points could be the difference in the end between CL football and Europa league football next season. :wallbutt:

    I remember in the World cup 2002 in Japan/S.Korea England were in a group with Argentina, Sweden and Nigeria. Even then I wanted Sweden to beat England. All the English media said how easy it would be for England and Argentina to go through. The fact was Sweden topped the group, putting Argentina out in the process, and England came second, not even being able to beat Sweden (again).I was`t half pleased. The media build England up every tournament it is hilarious. I hope in the Euros this year Sweden and France top the group.

    I was meaning to post this a while ago. I think it was an international break and I was returning back from Sweden after visiting relatives, via Denmark, and stopped off for a newspaper and remember seeing on the back the headline "My nightmare at Liverpool" by Christian Poulsen. Bearing in mind my Danish is not perfect I got the jist that he said how poorly he was treated at Liverpool and the famously friendly fans were anything but towards him. I think it ended with it came as a big surprise especially as YNWA is such a famous Liverpool anthem - and he felt very alone, the lonliest he has in all his career. Got me wondering, should we be letting players leave Liverpool thinking these things about the club? To be honest it wasn`t exactly his fault, he was a Hodgson signing, coming to the end of his career. Should we have been a little nicer to him? :|

    "your getting sold in summer" sing the Brighton fans. Who are they singing about Carrol? Suarez? Downing? Henderson? Adam?

    Personally I think Micah Richards is the best RB in the PL, followed by Kyle Walker with Glen Johnson third. Regarding the England team now the manager has changed there`s a big possibility that Johnson won`t make the Euros with Richards and Walker being in front of him. (Especially if Redknapp takes over)

    Martin Kelly on LFC TV this week stated that Glen Johnson is world class. Do we agree? Would he get into the Barcelona or Real Madrid team? :eek:

    Strange how he only became fat after coming to England. Not in Sweden or Italy. Too many fish and chips and unhealthy English diet:|

    I tend to remember him taking Sweden to the semi-finals of Euro `92 and semi-finals of the World cup `94, and what a great player he was then, instead of his time in England. Simply wiped the floor with England in Euro `92. :wow:
