Was just about to post this. Someone said it looked as if the plane suffered a change in center of gravity, as if someone hadn't secured the cargo correctly and it had slid down the hull to the back of the plane. This stop the pilot being able to correct the pitch and it would then stall and fall to the ground. Makes sense, no?
