Fullham seemed reluctant to take the gift. None of them demanding the call, no waving imaginary cards, etc. Is it the absence of fans in the stands? There just seems a lack of urgency in a lot of the football I'm watching at the moment.

Pleased with this signing (assuming it happens, of course), as he's a very good player: fast, skillful, aggressive, etc. He's got a bit of nous, as well. I didn't realize he was only 23, which makes it an even better signing.

They haven't even played yet and all their joy at winning the transfer window has dissapeared like a puff of smoke. Poor buggers.

With the long/short offseason (title clinched early, no more meaningful LFC football yet CL etc matches all summer) I was a bit blase about this one. At 1-1 I was furious, at 2-2 incandescent and at 3-3 I turned the TV off--it was that or break the screen. Looking forward to the rest of the season.
