Can believing in Aliens be classed as a conspiracy theory? It's a nigh on statistical impossibility that they don't exist.

They're definitely getting worse with age. Hansen's comments on Balotelli were nothing short of disgraceful, claiming he'll have to score '10 hattricks' just to 'change his mind about him' and that he offers nothing because he isn't 'reliable'. Less said about Lawrensen the better, the only excuse I can think of for him is that he's from Preston.

Have 2/3 proper meals a day with : Protein/Carbs/Fibre, with as little fat as possible. If you're still hungry, have a piece of fruit or some water/squash top keep you going. AVOID SUGARY CARBS (Coco Pops etc). Do 30 minutes minimum of cardio at least 4 times a week. You WILL lose weight. Very basic I know but people can overcomplicate this massively. Calories in > Calories burned = weight gain.

Think Stewart Downing is the first Liverpool player I've actually despised. Must think it's acceptable to jump out of tackles and take no responsibility in an attacking sense. I can accept he's a limited player but not the lack of effort. Worst value for money signing we've ever made.

Anyone know what's the crack with this? Gets taken off before the full 90 in almost every match; Maureen apparently considering selling him in the summer as well. I know he fasts due to his religion, but there are many like that, also got caught smoking on holiday once. Have I answered my own question here?

Be patient with the lad, defenders sit much deeper in South America and give striker more time on the ball. Once he adjusts, he'll be sensational.
