    They would be stupid NOT to appoint Kenny. Other clubs would kill to have their greatest ever player and one of their most successful former managers want to manage them again. So many former playing heroes go straight into management, and people complain Kenny has been away for too long! He has to be given the chance again, especially after being snubbed in favour of the bungling Woy Botchson this past summer. Come on NESV, do the right thing!!!!

    If it goes ahead, it will be interesting to see if there is any change in attitude of the players who allegedly fell out with Rafa -- with the spectre of Roy being replaced by him delighting the media (I don't see it), will they be even more determined to get his first away win since 1066?

    Have to agree with that. Lucas and Raul were our best players. Ironically, we were too busy blaming the midfield, we didn't notice how frustrating Nando can be in games like these, as well as how wasteful Dirk can be, giving the ball away countless times. Time to play Kelly at RB and Johnson on the wing. We need a top striker, center half and winger (and in an ideal world to replace Konchesky already), but I wouldn't prioritize another midfielder. Then, there is the manager to think of...As someone else has commented, at least we didn't deserve to lose at an away league match....for once this season.

    This is a failure of Roy's no two ways about it. If he had inspired players to want to keep playing for LFC, we wouldn't have to deal with this humiliating shit. NESV, get active and sort the root of the problem out!
