  1. You're not going to be popular if you have a bad case of the shits. Apparently if the hull is intact they'd all die of CO2 poisoning which is painless as heightened CO2 would knock them all out before death. According to the 'experts' one CO2 scrubber lasts 8 hours so what are the chances that theses chancers will have packed more than one?
  2. So after the UK spending £895 billion on QE to keep the banks afloat which they then proceeded to spend buying their own shares back to inflate their share value and with them making vast profits, it's the common man and woman's fault for being greedy and seeking below inflation wage increases? How dare private sector workers seek an average 7.1% pay rise over the last 12 months and as for public sector workers...... It would be insane to expect the banks to fund a basic mortgage sector backstop themselves. I'm sure the governor of the BoE will be banging on about wage inflation today and not a deeply corrupt and flawed system.
  3. On the assumption that it isn't some sort of bizarre murder suicide. 'Son, they'll never be able to prove this.'
  4. US media are reporting banging sounds being detected every 30 minutes apparently. How on earth would they be able to raise them even if they found them alive? Looking at the state of the company behind this, It's still amazing that washing up liquid bottles and sticky back plastic is able to stand up to the pressures involved.
  5. Poor bastards, I would not get in a sub steered with a Logitech game controller. These things lose their wireless connection all the time.
  6. I'd forgotten about that, it all makes sense now.
  7. Without a doubt. Apparently he's going to be replaced by Jessie Marsch. A completely shit manager. They'll be looking for another one in October. He must be good at convincing low end Premiership clubs of his Red Bull philosophy.
  8. That declaration yesterday is looking dumber by the minute, that extra 20-30 runs could make all the difference.
  9. There's very little you can't knock one out too apparently....
  10. Great news for Labour though. Johnson and his supporters will now go after the bulk of the parliamentary tory party and Sunak. The electorate do not elect divided a party and this will rumble on to near the next election.
  11. Yep without a doubt. We pretty much know our budget for our rebuild. As other's have posted, £80-£100 million plus any sales? Bellingham has gone for a base of £88 million rather that the speculated £100 million plus, even at £88 million that was too rich for us. We'll blow the bulk of the remaining budget on another midfielder and then be back to bargain basement hunting.
  12. A penny for the thoughts of loyal PGA tour players after being left high and dry by their own organisation? The PGA has spent the recent past excommunicating LIV players and lecturing the world on the dangers of the Saudi takeover of golf. About the only thing Trump has ever got right, I recall watching an interview with Trump a while back where he predicted this would happen and the PGA tour players would lose out. I can't say I'd want to be involved with an organisation wholly owned by Saudi Arabia. I assume they'll be seeking to ban the LPGA?
  13. However many games he has left that he's available for will not be half as many games he's injured and unavailable for.
  14. All on Brighton this, resting players and the rest of them on the beach. I would suggest that Brighton sink without trace next season due to losing their better players and the distraction of Europe. It would end up with Brighton being relegated and keeping Everton up again next season! Unfortunately I think they'll be safe next year, Dyche will keep them just out of the relegation zone. However it won't be long before they're complaining about the quality of football on offer and how they should really be challenging for a top 4 spot.
  15. Both these two are shite. Neither will survive next season. Another shit team to prop up Everton from the drop.
  16. Do they still put out DVD's? '2022/23 The Great Escape....Again'
  17. Thanks just being unfair then. Clearly not suitable for us. This will wreck Dortmund.
  18. Is Bellingham a bit injury prone? He would have fitted in well with us.
  19. Thinking just the same earlier, it's actually weird to see, obviously those damn foreigners have poisoned the premiership. It can't be the plucky English players fault.
  20. Antony looks like he's been shot.
  21. He's terrified of taking the right wing cabal on with reasonable arguments. The hope is that he'll be more ambitious once he wins an election. I'm not convinced myself, I suspect he'll aim to be a better run and slightly more moderate Tory government. We spend below the average for developed nations for our health service and receive a poorer service as a result. It's that simple. All this 'things much change' and we need to 'improve efficiency' in the absolute scale of things is pure bollocks.
  22. I'd like to wish Naby all the best with his ongoing retirement at another club.
  23. I think you may mean spending 'responsibly' as they've recently stated.
  24. All true, well I hope the Premier League remember City's tactics if they're actually found guilty. Given that they've allegedly cheated themselves to the best part of a decades worth of silverware I'd hope for expulsion from the Premiership not relegation and the removal of all their trophies. Obviously it'll be a fine described at the time as 'hefty' which is City will pay and barely notice.
