I agree with alot of what you say but it is up to the manager AND his staff to pull the team together, build their belief and get them on the right track again. It's not JUST the managers fault, it's not JUST the players fault, it's ALL of them as a TEAM who are at fault and through thatthe buck stops at the managers door. I think it's about time we brought back performance related bonuses, they seem to have dissappeared and play on the pitch is suffering from it. It's rediculas that all these players are getting paid WHATEVER they do on the pitch and it seems to be making them not care as much about what they are doing. For snooker it's concetration and drive as much as anything. Eyesight is a factor but not as great as the other too. Also younger players will go for the unexpected alot more. We will see how it pans out in motorsports in march when shumi comes back to F1. I think he will still be quick but not at quiet the pace he was. We will see.
