That’s pretty much all I’ve heard said about him. He’s just seems like an all round good egg. I can take or leave them in the main but he’s a great singer and loves his music.

My first exposure to Elbow was Newborn, I love that song. Just hit a chord with me at the time. Guy is a good lad as well, here’s a stealth pic I got of him standing by us at a Doves gig. He was singing his heart out the whole way through.

I was at the first day of the Heaton Park gig, brilliant. I had my coat tied around my waist and on the way out, I could hear sloshing noises behind me. Someone had poured a full pint into my hood, even I giggled at that one. I was also at the Finsbury Park one a year or two later, I’ve never felt more crushed at a gig even indoors. Was pretty frightening tbh.

It’s been a long day at work, I’ll just have a cheeky one.
