Little things like dropping players after they have scored, persisting with them through the bad times, but drop them when they actually start to turn in some decent performances. Examples: Dossena v West Ham last season, had an excellent game. He was dropped for the Blackburn match Keane v PSV- Scored his first goal for the club, was dropped v Man City I don't get why he does it? Honestly, it's fucking infuriating. Why stick with players when the chips are down, but relegate them to the bench when they start to produce the goods. I would put a bet on Lucas being dropped as soon as he scores a hatrick.
