Moreno and Can benched is fucking stupid. Rodgers is making things hard for himself by just playing players that are shite when he actually has better options.

agreed it's a non issue. If we were winning games nothing gets said. A few bad results and everything he does/says is an issue. I think he's finding things hard but replacing him is just madness and would set us back. He deserves time to turn things around.

Wow rates himself so far for us as a 7 out of 10 in performance. I don't even know what to say to that apart from now I'm even more worried than before if he's under the impression he's doing well.

He's making a lot of basic errors this season. Not playing players showing form ie. Manquillo or Toure. Sticking with Lovern and Johnson hoping they'll suddenly turn in a good performance. Playing Balotelli is bad enough but due to lack of options he hasn't much choice so how come pretty much every one else can see that the lad can't play as loan stiker except Rodgers. The lack of playing time for Lallana is very odd seeing as he was the player he seemed to want most this summer and along with Moreno has looked one of our better signings. And the less said about that tactical disaster against newcastle the better going with a back 3 when we had the ball and back to a back 4 when we lost it.

Rodgers is feeling the pressure big time and is not handling it well. Those comments are very poor from his point of view. I can't see what good comes out of it.

It'll be interesting to see if rodgers has learned anything over the international break. He should have had time to look back at the shite we've served up and come up with some ideas. 1. Don't start balotelli 2. Don't start Johnson 3. Don't start lovern 4. Do start Lallana. 5. If he ignores point 1. Please please please play someone upfront with him.

first bit of good news today.

gerrard for Lucas and sakho for Skrtel and we have a deal. In fairness I'm not a big fan of Lucas but he was decent against Madrid so I've no issue with him starting. That front 4 is probably the best of what we have available but could offer creativity and pace that's something we've lacked.

Few steps back after spending over 100 million in the summer. If there's not a big turn around in form and results regardless of sturridge being fit in the next few weeks I can see FSG sacking him. Rodgers was brilliant last season. Balls out attacking football that he played a big part in inspiring. Made good tactical calls in formations and subs. This season that magic touch is gone. He's making the wrong selection pretty much every single week in his starting 11. Wrong formation and wrong subs. Nothing is working for him and ultimately If it doesn't turn around I can see him gone. It's not what I want to see as im terrified that FSG would make the wrong appointment to replace him.

Guardian reporting Sturridge's injury will keep him out until the new year. 6 weeks. I can't put into words how gutted I am with that news. I really feel for the lad as well he must be devastated.

in what way? Say we are way off the pace for top 4 down around 8-9th are they going to spend to help us turn it around? Or say we are sitting 5-6th and only a couple of points off 4th will they put there hand in the pockets and spend then to help? The fact we were in and around the top 4 back last January and they didn't spend a single cent has me worried that they are probably going to make a decision soon regardless of where we are in the league over the next few weeks as to what they'll do. Personally I think they'll pay the extra bit for the Belgian kid and that will be the maximum regardless of where we are in the league.

Guardians of the Galaxy. 8.5 / 10 Just watched it last night wasn't expecting much. But really enjoyed it. Some of the dialog had me in cracking up laughing.

also seems to the problem with markovic as well and he cost 20mil. Madness. I think Lallana has been good when he's played for us and with a run of games will be a very good signing. It does look though that rodgers doesn't know where to play him.
