On one of my trips to Anfield a few years back an awesome song came over the tannoy that I didnt know the name of. I loved it so much that on the Monday morning I emailed the club to see if they had a tracklist of songs played before the game. Within an hour I had an email from George's personal email address with the full track list. Legend.

I thought the first half performance was pretty solid and we were a bit unlucky not to score. After the way we've started this season it would have been easy for our heads to drop after their goal but to the players credit they didnt give up. I think there have been a few encouraging signs over the past 2 games and we are improving....albeit not at a rate we'd all like to see. The supporters need to appreciate that the players confidence is shot to bits and it is going to take a bit of time to build back up again. We need to show a bit of patience and I think we'll be alright.

Thanks for the info. So I'll have to buy full membership for myself and then a 'Mighty Red' for my son and then try and buy tickets in the next release. I love in Essex and haven't managed to get up to Anfield for a few years (basically since this new membership came in).....is there no way to just try and pick up a couple of spares or do you have to produce a membership card with the ticket on the day?!

Unbelievable player and a great goal and assist yesterday. The little touch with his head to set himself up was brilliant. He's got to keep himself fit though. He's had quite a few niggly little injuries since he's been here and it would be great to see him get over those for good.
