Liverpool Franchise Club is dead in the water.Next season ends here. -
That Gerrard has to suffer this in his last game is galling.Had enough of Brodgson!

He´s upped sticks at the first sign of competition, and would have been in Barca colours weeks ago if Valdez hadn´t opted to stay the extra year.Watching the first games of the 2012/13 season review made me wince. Move on.

Imagine the atmosphere if the people "on the other side of the planet " would replace the locals for one-just one- EPL match day. -

The case of using Downing as a Wing-back
Robinson replied to WhiskeyJar's topic in FF - Football Forum
He`s staying, so you have to give it a go.If we are brutally truthful, how bad is he going to be? Worse than already there?I think he`s on par.Look at he stagnation of Kelly-his head down running and crossing akin to shots are not anybody`s future.Least of all his, when Coates is played against the champions.Enrique gets dribble mania when outlets are proffered in his own half...........harakiri. I`m sure that the manager knows when to ease him into this new position and when not. -
Don`t undrestimate the style of football played in the so called lower echelons. In a perfect world Nolan and Andy will put a couple past us to ensure their safety and trigger the buy- clause whilst we have fourth safe...............please tell me in which part of cloud cuckoo land I live in ?

Carroll was on their wish last anyway. The perverse Chelsea money also gave the option for the ammuntion needed for the(injured) striker. All of it stunk, and if FSG had any knowledge of the mechanisms of the modern game, they would have blocked the panic buying by their failed combination of an icon and student, who were both massivley out of their depth. For an individual(s) to have too much of somebody elses money to spend is, at times, absurd.

Yes, a victory for a public figure-didn`t seem to harm your icon/avatar in the day did it ? -

A milestone in that virtue called common sense! Nice to see it rear it`s beautiful head in this day and age. -
The real joke was that some players had 90 min. and were not even "good".

Shame. We`ve lost a good player who was criminally underused by the last two managers. Some have highlighted the wages, but sometimes you have to see further than that and I´ll leave that to the bean counters who see players as assets and judge them as such. Hopefully his exit means more time for Sterling - as I cannot see Bellamy playing more than 25 games or Downing surprising us.

This is a devious way of ridding the automatic qualification of the host nation(s).That corrupt swine is using the term financial crisises, yet happily does nothing when football fans are milked to the hilt.Having games in the same 10 or so cities makes the modern game even more mundane and elitist than it already is! It`s something we`ve come to expect from a man who celebrated whilst others lay dead.
