    So basically Rafa's on a hiding to nothing. If he wins the league without spending anything, people will say he inherited a treble winning team and should be winning the league. If he's giving money to make his own team, people will say he bought the league. If he doesn't win the league, people will use the two stick above to beat him with! 'Twill be interesting to see what happens with Mourinho at Real if he gets no money to spend.

    That can't be right. Everyone knows that Benitez went all loadsa-money in front of Carra and Gerrard, and said that we can't afford to sack him. Again, that can't be irght either, as Rafa had lost the dressing room and all the players wanted him gone! Pepe is talking shit in the other thread too!:whistle:

    It wasn't a negative policy when we were twatting teams last season, and came within a whisker of winning the league, along with being top scorers. It was the lack of (quality) personnel this season that made the difference, not negative tactics.

    So you're using that team as a stick to beat Benitez with, even though you're including a new left back that hasn't signed yet, and is obviously gonna be a world beater and Jovanovic, who isn't signing until July (who signed him btw?) You're also including Torres, Johnson and Agger, all of whom were injured for large parts of last season. I'd like to humbly suggest that if Rafa had a fully fit squad to pick from for the whole season, just like you're doing above, we'd have finished a lot higher than we did, and went a lot further in Europe.

    World class bell! Why can't all ye fucking Rafa out nazis leave this thread to people that want to thank Rafa for what he given the club over the last 6 years? It looks like ye've gotten yere wish, and Rafa will be gone in the not too distant future. Ye turned pretty much every thread into a Rafa bashing thread, so please leave this one alone. I, for one, am gutted that Rafa's leaving. He's a quality manager, and has given us many great memories. Thanks for everything Rafa, and here's to you stuffing Mourinho's Real Madrid in the CL next season!
