I`ve always supported him but I think that after some of the decisions that he`s makeing and the fact that he can`t seem to see that half of his fucking team are`nt good enough to play for Liverpool then maybe the time has come to say thank`s and goodbye. I always give a player, especially young one`s at least a season and a half to develop and fit into our team.Time has run out for Babel, he is going backwards and I did`nt think that was possible, move him on in January even if we have to give him away, he will never be a Liverpool player.

I re-newed my membership this year but it will be for the last time. As an oot I get fuck all benefit from being a member and when i originally joined it was at the prospect of a fans group fighting to rid the team I love of the cancer that is slowly destroying all that LFC stands for. But looking at some of the schemes that my membership money is going on then all I can say is that like every other fucking union in the country, they have decided to get into bed with the bastards that they are supposed to be fighting. For this club to be successful we need these owners out. For fuck sake he`s 18 years old, makeing his first competative game, playing in front of 43,000 people and he`s getting slagged for looking terrified, being a bit slow and living in the shadows of his famous dad. The kid did really well last night, I think it`s time some of you on here got a fucking grip of yourselves.

Why are people judging players performances on this game ? The main reasons for these games is to get players fitness and touch up to the level required for the start of the season. I thought that St Gallon gave us a pretty good workout, but for fuck sake stop judging players on a pre season friendly.

I was thinking today at work why do I hate Man Utd so much and other than a lot of their supporters are complete twats,( we have quite a few twats of our own) I could`nt really come up with an answer.Was it because I was jealous of their success ? I`m gonna have £20 on the Manc`s to win, if they do `i`ll be into pocket and if they lose i`ll be delighted to have lost 20 quid, sad really but it`s one way of handling this match.

People on here go on about all the draws that we had at home against teams that we really should have been beating cost us the league and they have a very valid argument. But I think that two very bad refereeing decisions are what ultimatly cost us the league. Decision 1. Referee Andre Mariner ,I think it was, against Stoke City at Anfield. disallows Steven Gerrards free kick for no apparent reason and TV has also shown that it was a perfectly good goal, cost`s us 2 point`s. Decision 2. Referee Howard Webb give Man Utd a penalty at home to Spurs, when the Mancs were 2-0 down,this was the life line they needed to get back into the match and eventually win it.The goalie touched the ball away from the on rushing Carrick, TV also proving that he touched the ball away and Carrick fell over the keeper. Get`s the Mancs 3 point`s when there was a real chance that they may have struggled to get 1. Had those two decisions not occured I really belive that I would now be nursing the biggest hangover of my life. Any opinions? but please, please don`t harp on about all the draws, i`ve heard and read enough about them.

It`s a good question even though it`s hypothetical, I would sell him to the highest bidder , be they English or Foreign, Rafa would put any money made to good use, and would i`m sure replace quality with quality.

I agree with the original poster that Steven Gerrard is the best player to ever have worn a Liverpool shirt and IMO he is a better all round player than Kenny was. I also agree that he does`nt seem to get the affection that he deserves.

I`m not really that bothered about it to be honest. Sometime you can get too wrapped up in history and take your eyes off the future.I honestly think that our future is very bright and that although we have come up short this season it has`nt been by much. As supporters sometimes I think that we dwell far to much on that shower of twats from down the east lanc`. Roll on next season and let`s have another crack at it.
