Had a massive debate with my Chinese mate who said that the term 'chinky' was very offensive. I apologised for causing offence but I didn't realise it was a negative term. It went on for ages as he said I should know better... god that was a boring discussion.

In the close season I have put together a squad that will be able to challenge on all fronts. My current line up is(4231): Reina Gulacsi Johnson Shawcross Agger Coentrao Kelly Carra Wilson Insua Miereles Khedira Cairney N'Zonzi Camacho Kuyt Gerrard Hazard Cole Aquilani Afellay Torres Lukaku Kadlec Ayala, Konchesky, Shelvey, Pacheco, Skrtel are all gone on loan. Aurelio, Kyrigakos, Ngog, Babel, Poulsen, Jovanovic, Lucas, Spearing, Jones all sold. Rodriguez, Degen, El Zhar all listed and should be gone soon.

Pulsating end to the season for me after getting knocked out of the cups early. I was top by 3 points with 5 games to go only to draw against stoke and Birmingham putting me 3rd. A win over arsenal closed the gap they had opened up. In the penultimate game of the season and Utd, Arsenal and I are tied at 75 points. Utd lose 3-0 against City to rule them out effectively while we both win. Arsenal ahead by 1 goal difference but the only prob is I play Fulham who beat me earlier in the season) and Arsenal play Blackpool who are bottom and relegated. Torres is out so I look to youth rather than Santa Cruz (on loan) and Lukaku doesnt disappoint netting his 6th goal, Afellay and Kuyt net t make it 3-0 and Arsenal have lost their lead and are tied at 1-1. Pressure mounts with Fulham now peppering my goal Reina is class but my team have lost the balls to play Arsenal go 2-1 up and Fulham score with 10 mins to go. I am on +1 goal difference. Fulham batter me hitting the post and cross bar and Johnson almost gives away a pen but its just out side the box and I hold on. Arsenal fail to score anymore and I am the league champion. Take that stupid press who sniggered every time I said I would win the league "baffaling choice"? I think not. Cocksuckers.

My first job not including working for my dad or brother was at mcdonalds flipping burgers at 18 and it was horrible. I am now a junior pm for a large IT company at 25. In between i have; asda checkouts - great fun IT sales (cold calling and mind numbing) Working in HR in a couple of short term roles.

I think it was more that Masch became the luxury. You need someone that can pass it around accurately and quickly when teams sit back to stretch them.

Itandje has now missed 5 training sessions this year. I had listed him and offered him out to clubs but no intrest. His last AWOL saw me give him yet another 2 week fine. The twunt again felt it was unfair and refused to speak to me about his attitude. So I offered him a mutual termination as I was fucked if I was going to give him £300k. He's accepted and the unflushable turd has finally gone.

Fair play to Barca they put the fear into teams. Today we should have been attacking West Ham in the second half, a big win does wonders for confidence and they were there for the taking. Teams like Barca don't give up they attack and attack until you submit and the side effect is it gives them a psychological advantage before games start. Would love us to have that kind of rep again. Barca are simply brilliant.
