I don't think Liverpool has more of a racial problem than anywhere else in the country. The difference with other major city's is that alot of the ethnic minorities, especially the Afro-Caribean community are still mainly living in segregated areas ie Toxteth and to a lesser extent Kenny and Wavertree. Huyton, where Anthony Walker was killed has a very small black and Asian population as does much of North Liverpool. You should try sitting in the Main Stand mate. There's a bloke who sits behind me and every game when the teams are announced he starts going mental about Rafa and his rotation policy, this is before a ball has even been kicked. On top of that I have to put up with all the daytrippers around me clapping after the first chorus of YNWA and singing 'easy, easy' but failing to join in with any Liverpool songs.

I despise Chelsea and the effect that they are having on the game but for me it's not even a dilema, I would rather the rent boys win it. If Chelsea win the league they'll still be miles behind us in terms of success. However if United win the league then they'll be getting dangerously close to us in terms of league titles and that would be very unsetteling.

My season ticket is in the Anny Road end of the Main Stand but prior to this season I used to go in whatever end I could get a ticket, usually the Kop.

Where you sit definatly has an effect. Last season I sat in the kop more often than not, however this season I've got a season ticket in the The Main Stand. So from my perspective the atmosphere has been alot worse than last season but that may be down to my proximity this season. Spot on about YNWA aswell, I mentioned that in another thread. If it's true about UEFA making us play it that early then we need to act and make sure Sky and ITV can't hear a single note of that shite 'Champions League' tune next time it's played.

Can't say I noticed the fella who said he was going to twat everyone but fair play to him because that's exactly how I feel when the soft bastards start up. What the fuck was going on at the start of the match? They played You'll Never Walk Alone about 10 minutes before kick off, while half our players were still on the pitch warming up and half the ground was yet to fill up.
