We should sell him and get as much for him as possible. The one thing that pisses me off about Torres is this now confirms what I refused to believe. That is all the pundits claiming that under Roy he wasnt trying and just played well against Chelsea to put himself in the shop window. I would take £50million plus Sturridge. We must have done some ground work on other possible alternatives to Suarez so there might be time to bring another striker in.

Yes it was Dowie! I thought it was hilarious, you could hear the depression set in after the third his voice was thick with dissapointment.

Dont agree sorry This season we have relied on Gerrard but also have relied on Xabi, Reira, Torres to name a few.
-
They are so one dimensional and there whole game relies on the Delap throw in. Did you notice that as soon as they got over the half way line they took the ball over to the wings looking for long throws. Also I am sure that tranmere rovers a few years ago also had a long ball specialist and where prevented from having towels on the sideline.

He had a really good game tonight, in fact he was better than The Chief Respect to the lad he could have taken the criticism as badly as Eboue didat Arsenal.

Liverpool captain admits he was selfish in row with manager
PaddyWhacked replied to Glen C's topic in FF - Football Forum
Redknapp is allright. He is clearly still a big Liverpool fan and the only thing that makes sky Bearable -
Collymore is a very bitter man. He would love the Liverpool fans to treat him like other stars who came back to Anfield. He was on talksport the other week talking about players crying on the field. He admitted one time he cried was when he was sent of playing against us and we booed him off. He failed to mention the harry Enfield Scouser gesture or the "Spice boys " article before the game. Collymore thinks that because of his goal record we should love him. What he dosnt realise is he fucked that up for himself

I agree with the title. I think today was the day when Rafa's real Liverpool shone through. You’ve got to take your hat off to Rafa, with everyone’s attention on the owners and Man City becoming overnight Billionaires hes built a very good squad. Additions like Skirtell and Reira And players like Bob and Dirk really improving. With all this shit going on with the Owners Rafa is God's gift to Liverpool

That is the answer then!. We should target Royal Bank of Scotland and Wachovia with a mass email campaign ]promiseing to boycott all potential sources of income for G&H

I thought there was many positives to take out of the game. In previous seasons I think we would have lost that game.We just to have more players on the pitch who csn do damage. Lots of Positives from the game:- Torres and Keane are going to be class given time. Dossenna looks much better than Riise or Aurelio. Skirtell is great cover for Carra If we bring in one creative player I think we might just challenge this year

Should Rafa be directly involved in transfers?
PaddyWhacked replied to Paul's topic in FF - Football Forum
I cant believe that we even have to ask the question. What are they thinking of. Absolutely yes Rafa should have 100% control over players coming into the club. Its like winning a Ferrari but you can only drive in it if your wife is driving -

I agree with you about the two owners and think we made a mistake letting Yanks anywhere near our club. In fact in hindsight Shiniwatzisname might have been a better option. Hopefully Rafa will keep his head down until Wednesday when the Yanks will be in for a rude awakening. I'm just not 100% on Rafas selection policy, hopefully he will prove me wrong. Rafa deserves 2 more years to deliver a serious league challenge -

I know exactly what the problem is mate, I'm referring to other problems that Rafa is having with keeping players happy with the rotation policy. Although I would be devastated with Rafa leaving I can't help feeling frustrated with him at times. -

I don't want it mate, Rafa is not easily replaced. But I remember feeling desperate when Houllier had his heart atack. However I feel Rafa is creating allot of his own problems at the moment with the way he manages the players. -

Another thing for a Brazilian he got stuck into every challenge I even caught myself wincing at one of them. Exactly what is required in a Derby match. Lucas and Mascherano not typical South Americans
