I started joggin seriuosly a few months ago, although could only jog mostly during the weekends. Last weekend I entered into a 10K (mini-marathon) event for the first time. I completed the course in 1:19 hours. Good enough for an amature. I now set my target of entering into a marathon event next year. jnp, lad, join me. Simon, lad, whenever you come here to Thailand, we'll find an event together!

I'm made up they (Sampdoria) are doing well this season. Used to follow them quite a bit when they won the serie A and went to the European Cup final. Brilliant team. Pagliuca, Mannini, Cerezo, Catanez (sp?), Vialli, Lombardo, Mancini, Vierchovod,...Boy I love this team.
