  1. Exactly my feeling, Tom, mate. But as the subsequent comments, it's Carra's day. So if he (Carra) wants him (Owen) to play, so let him. Well in, Jamie, lad.
  2. Seen this comments a few times already in the thread. But I'd just like to comment it. He doesn't look 18. He looks 28. That's all.
  3. A Chelsea academy player iirc - Danny Drinkwater I think he also has a twin brother who is also a Chelsea academy player. Can't remember the first name, though.
  4. Yeah as I scanned through the replies I knew your point was missing. And I totally agree with you. They can have number 19 BUT NOT THIS SEASON. NOT FOUR STRAIGHT CHAMPIONS. :wallbutt: :wallbutt: It's those Chelski bottling off. I'm pissed poor of the results Saturday. And, honestly, I can see them Manc getting all 9 points till the end of the season. So it's up to our result against Chelsea. Having said that, I still think Chelsea will also lose to Wigan on the last game. So it's on the card. They will get it. Better prepared, people.
  5. When I first did a 10K that happened to me too! :whoops: Probably you want to get appropriate clothing. I did and the problem solved.
  6. Yeah, that's right. Full marathon is 42K. Then half marathon is 21K. And 10.5K is called mini marathon. That's how they classify. Cheers.
  7. I started joggin seriuosly a few months ago, although could only jog mostly during the weekends. Last weekend I entered into a 10K (mini-marathon) event for the first time. I completed the course in 1:19 hours. Good enough for an amature. I now set my target of entering into a marathon event next year. jnp, lad, join me. Simon, lad, whenever you come here to Thailand, we'll find an event together!
  8. Tell you what, my choice in the poll would have been "as predictable as Lucas and Kuyt starting the game"
  9. Still a great goal that. Really unbelievable how the mancs whole team let him get there and even shape himself to shoot with his right foot. The goal we conceded was as bad. Shouldn't have let that in.
  10. Seconded. Cheers to Dave or whoever that put that on.
  11. He was already at the half-way line when the crowd roared, which meant when Ngog scored. Ace.
  12. Cheers, mate. Thank god there's nothing serious. I was afraid if he'd picked up another injury.
  13. Anyone knows what happened to Nemeth in the semis (when they lost to Ghana 3-2?) I saw the results and noticed in the team lineup that he was subbed at the start of the 2nd half. But no reports whatsoever.
  14. Exactly. I was expecting him to be out after just 1-2 games.
  15. I'm made up they (Sampdoria) are doing well this season. Used to follow them quite a bit when they won the serie A and went to the European Cup final. Brilliant team. Pagliuca, Mannini, Cerezo, Catanez (sp?), Vialli, Lombardo, Mancini, Vierchovod,...Boy I love this team.
  16. Not sure if it's mentioned there but Poonsawat was called 'the tank' here in Thailand. That's for his fighting style, and he showed just that the other night. Well in, lad.
  17. A poor lad he is (that guy, not his son.)
  18. My cousin named his dog "Owen" a few years ago (well a good long few years.) I haven't seen that dog in ages but I bet he kicks him everyday this moment.
  19. At six my favourite song was Marry had a little lamb.
  20. How come no one participated in this one? I won't either. Too difficult.
  21. Dudek Gillespie Thompson Hyypia Lindsay McDermott Callaghan Molby Hall Fairclough Johnson Subs Ogrizovic Wright Irwin Lee Barmby Gayle Bellamy Could have been more interesting if you've made this a voting thread. But this is cool mate.
  22. Whoops. Should have discussed in the other thread!
  23. All of a sudden David Martin is in the CL squad and Gulacsi isn't. I don't know much about this homegrown rules but there are something strange in the CL squad :whoops:
  24. No No No No No let's discuss in the other thread.
