    Totally agree with this. For me he is more of a goal poacher which is never a bad thing to have in your squad. But you have to play to the strength of your players. Torres can play the loan role (although even he isn't in the same league as Drogba at it) Ngog clearly can't. Doesn't automatically make him a bad striker.

    Thought he looked slow in mind and body. Similar to when I first saw Alonso so I'm not concerned about it though. Agree they seemed to be passing him by rather than using him a playmaker though.

    Torres will be "2 or 3 weeks treatment and working with physios" Hope to god we aren't messing with his future. Get him fully fit rather than keep rushing him back. It will benefit us in the long term.

    It should go for the players aswell. Voronin, Lucas, Babel etc. are almost certainly here for next season now so time to get behind them all. If we go a fourth season trophyless then is the time for judging and hopefully for change. Ferguson's comments today prove he's scared shitless once again so hopefully he has reason to be.

    Fact is Hammill and before he left Anderson have both looked good in the championship at a young age and therefore deserve a chance at least in the Carling Cup if not on the bench for bigger games. I'd like to see the likes of Pacheco and Plessis cut it out on loan at Championship level as from watching all the ressie games last season I don't see what they've done to deserve a place with the first team.

    Considering we only know what has been said in the press. Where is the proof that he didn't act in self defense? Whether he was in the wrong or not unless they can prove it was uncalled for agression it's not guilty. Don't see how they can.

    I was at the front against the barriers for this. Couldn't believe it when The Boss came out. Gaslight anthem are quality. The Boss and the E Street was the best gig I've ever seen. Sadly not many of the crowd knew many of the songs but I was belting them out till me voice went. Awesome show!

    Camra do one in the crypt of the catholic cathedral. Was in feb this year. Some of the pubs have their own. Ship & Mitre had one a couple of weeks back I believe. By beer it tends to be bitters though rather than lagers.
