Nat Phillips is better than Harry Maguire. 

Agree with Chris on Bobby. Easily his best game in a couple of years. Dave spot on about only fully appreciating his performance on the second viewing though.

Have you seen how many views those videos get though? Given the ad revenue on youtube it's a nice little earner, which is why these embarrassing twats do it I guess.

That said, there was one from a young Red in the away end and his was actually ok. Not sure I'd feel the same way if we'd lost though!

This was another example of Dave forgetting last season happened. I said it was his best for a couple of years. He said "he was great against Atletico at home." Yeah, that was two seasons ago, Dave. 

Time and mystery will transform the status of Brownie's deleted content. It'll be up there with the lost plays of Sophocles or how Dickens planned to end The Mystery of Edwin Drood.

In other news, thanks for highlighting Andy Robbo's run during the first goal. He could do that knowing his team mates had his back if the attack broke down. Then again, even if Klopp applies it more intensely, this isn't exactly revolutionary stuff. Didn't they say of Bob Paisley's teams that the defence started with Ian Rush? Yet there's Ronaldo sauntering around like he owns the place. Which, in a sense, he does.

The one with the girl in the United end you were talking about was that someone called Stuntpegg, by any chance? Cause if so, she's not a United fan, she's a Bolton fan. She just goes to different matches and vlogs a little and makes other football content. She's decent.

Yeah it was her. She was certainly talking like she was a United fan. I just don't like those kind of videos. Vlogging from the match just isn't for me.

Looked like she was also plugging ticket touting websites at the beginning of it "people ask where I get my tickets. Link in the description below". I didn't check the link so might be doing her a dis-service, but it seemed a bit weird to me.

Was bringing my daughter for a hospital appointment today so the podcast was very welcome listening. I didn't want it to end to be honest I enjoyed it that much. Chris is an excellent anchor and the discussion between both him and Dave was first class. 

My only minor gripe with it was that I couldn't hear Chris properly at times when I was driving whereas I could hear Dave perfectly.

See that's weird and really frustrating, because when I was putting it together Chris seemed louder and clearer than me.

Getting the levels and volume right on these things is just beyond me. No matter how hard I try, I just can't do it.

He was fine at first Dave, just from maybe 2/3rd's of the way through onwards i found i had to strain to hear him properly. He just seemed more distant than you. Probably not helped by the fact that I was driving in the pissing rain as well.  

It's a great podcast though. A real addition to the site and thoroughly enjoyable. I look forward to them after every match.
