Eggaxctly. But seriosuly, first time i swirled the water too much with a solid spoon and kept the water on boiling. I watched a simple youtube video by a simple man call J. Oliver and the trick is to boil the water and take it off the heat down to minimum. You dont want big bubbles of water. Use a slotted spoon to create a gentle swirl and then use a ramekin to pour your eggs in. No need for vinegar unless you like eggs to taste of vinegar. 3 minutes and get them out quick to get that runny yolk.
