He was jailed for 45 months after admitting two counts of burglary, two counts of theft of a motor vehicle, dangerous driving, driving without insurance and driving whilst disqualified. Police linked Nee with a string of burglaries across Cheshire. A court heard that due to the excessive speeds and dangerous driving by the group, officers decided to withdraw from the pursuit, but they continued to monitor the men from above in the police helicopter.
