    Yeah, he's a knob. I don't mind Noel though, and I like some Oasis stuff, but not a big fan. From the intentionally little I've heard Beady Eye are as shit as I'd expect, no desire to investigate further.

    That's fair enough, but I agree with zigackly that there's no point wrapping him up in cotton wool incase he gets injured, that could happen in any game. I would have started Carroll personally though, as you say he could bang in a few goals which would do him good.

    I doubt we dropped him because we fancied Dirk's workrate instead. I reckon he's either got a knock or maybe we started him too early against Sunderland and he's still tired, so we want his impact from the bench.

    That's hardly a ground breaking statement, I reckon it's fairly safe to assume that the manager getting it right makes a team a lot more likely to succeed, compared to say, a manager who gets it wrong. I don't see any reason to doubt Kenny getting it right though. As many have said I think the key is to be positive and go at them from the start, but team selection is a tricky one for this, as I also think we need a bit more presence and aggression in midfield so we can control the game. Anyway, I'm going 3-1 to us, Carroll and a Suarez brace.

    Hardly watched any films recently. Con Air - 7/10 Yeah it's pretty ludicrous, but enjoyable. Buscemi is class, and there are a few other decent performances.

    Don't remember ever seeing him play before, but this Di Natale looks like a good player. Arsenal's defence is still a shambles, really hope we have a go at them.

    Same here! I don't really get how the ticketing works now, but it seems the gist of it is that you need to have been to loads of games last season to have a chance? I'd be well up for that as my first away as well.
