    My first choice would be Hiddink but someone of hid pedigree wouldn't want to be anywhere near our club. So I think Pellegrini is the best we could get. Had a great record at Villarreal and an OK one with Real (albeit with the world's best players).

    - Remove Lucas and Poulsen with immediate effect. Pay the willing buyers if necessary (highly unlikely that there are any). - Roy is nothing but a mid-table manager. Ship him off to Blackburn. - Joe Cole should be allowed to play like Joe Cole. - We should be allowed a minimum of one attack per game, because although Roy seems to have forgotten, this is not fucking Fulham he's managing.

    Sissoko, Alonso, Mascherano and Gerrard all vying for two places.... Now all we have is Lucas and fucking Poulsen. Laurie and Hardy.

    Poulsen and Lucas are probably the shittiest CM's in the league, and how Aquilani was shipped off for no apparent reason baffles me. And for those who think he was loaned out for financial reasons, then why spend 5 million quid on a shithead like Poulsen when you have a fully fit classy player like Aquilani finally ready for his first full season?!

    Until we start playing with wingers, we'll continue being utter tripe not matter what that plonker says. No wingers, an excuse of a footballer like Poulsen, a headless chicken like Jovanovic, a clueless egghead like Ngog and suddenly we're outclassed by Blackpool.

    While I wanted Benitez sacked, there was no way in hell I was going to accept a mediocre journeyman like Hodgson into this club... Ironically I don't think we could've gotten better than him under the current circumstances and this is the reason why we are in this mess.

    THANK FUCK FOR THAT! A little too late but the squad is actually stronger without him in the team. With Mereiles in the middle and Gerrard dropping deep we should be OK. I'd love us to get a world class addition in the mould of Toure but sadly we're fucking skint. But thank fuck that spineless good for nothing Sunday league cunt is going.

    I can't see anything wrong in what he said, apart from the Capello comment. Sometimes when I watch dross like Lucas, Babel and Insua play I feel sorry for world class players like Gerrard and Torres. I'm extremely honoured to see such players at Liverpool, but I would never hold it against them if they left.

    Alonso was around 21/22 when we signed him, and he rejected Real Madrid for us. Sami also was around 23/24, and he had a brilliant reputation in Holland. Konchesky, on the other hand, is around 31 and terribly shit.

    One of the worst CM's in the league. My question is, after spending 20-odd million and God knows how much on Aquilani's injury treatment and wages, could anyone tell me why the fuck we loaned him out?!?!?! What is the logic behind spending 5 million on Poulsen and then letting Aquilani go (on loan) for free?!?! The season isn't even three games old and the transfer activity tells you this club has gone to the dogs.
