  1. I have read of him being compared to Gerrard at on stage so he must've started out as a central mid..
  2. I only caught the 40 minute highlights, but surely for Flanagan playing against the Arshavin & Nasri who are as likely to cut in as they are to go on the outside is as difficult a task as Robinson's if not more so..
  3. How nice of them.. 2 free tracks now.. New music: Radiohead – Supercollider/The Butcher | Music | guardian.co.uk

  5. I wonder what the likes of Mendy and Irwin think of the emergence of Jack Robinson and John Flanagan straight to the first team. It wouldn't do their confidence any good especially as they are still playing for the reserves.. That said I don't really care that much.
  6. He signed a two year contract from memory..
  7. I love (read: hate) how commentators just laugh it off whenever Paul Scholes stamps his studs into some guy's thigh.. "Oh Scholesy, it's never his stongest suit is it? But I'm sure he doesn't mean any malice.." Fuck up.
  8. Fabio is a lovely player, not many players in the league has as good a left peg as he does. However he is completely unreliable. If we manage to bring in Jose Enrique, with the emergence of young Jack Robinson, I am quite okay with letting him go again as I don't think it will hurt us too much. Especially with Glen Johnson being more than capable to provide cover as well.
  9. Cudicini played really well at CB.. lol
  10. POTY should've been Modric/Nani/Nasri YOPTY I reckon Wilshere a good choice.. Either him or Bale really..
  11. Reina is the best GK in the premier league. We should fight tooth and nail to keep him.
  12. Isn't it? I didn't see the game, but all of the match reports that I have read indicated that Jack Robinson was the most impressive v Arsenal. How did Flanagan go? Did he improve upon his solid debut?
  13. They probably aren't, but I'd like the club to do a proper search to at least ensure that Kenny is the best possible manager we can have right at this moment.
  14. My head wants whoever the best out there to be the manager for us next season (Klopp/Villas Boas/Rangnick) My heart wants Kenny to stay with us forever.
  15. Here we go again. You practically begged the mods at 6CM to ban me, and stop spouting lies please. Prior to this I have only been a member of 6CM post-Koptalk.
  16. But achievements are relative to the aspirations. Blackpool for example, would call surviving the relegation battle an achievement. Chelsea on the other hand would deem finishing 2nd as a failure. Arsenal are a well-run, debtless club who have consistently finished above those who spent significantly more than them. Is that not an achievement JohnnyH?
  17. You've got to keep in mind that they have consistently spent less than other top 6 teams Including us) whilst qualifying for the CL every year. If Rafa had as good a record as Arsene Wenger, he would not have been jobless. I'm very much for winning trophies but it's a bit rich downplaying their achievements when we have not been better at all.
  18. He is not very good. He's slow, careless, and generally looking out of his depth.
  19. And Enrique would be a "big signing"? We're not Aston Villa..
