  1. Can't believe no one has noticed that in the Kermode rant he quite clearly states he gets "A lot of love from men". What next for young mister Dyer, Britains Deadliest Bummers "slasher is going to cum up my back coz he's pwoper nawty".
  2. It's getting ridiculous now. Hope it is going to be worth the wait after all the delays. On the plus side if it comes out on December I will be off work with loads of tine to play it.
  3. When you don't get your own side trying to kill you it's cracking. Still finding spots on the original maps I didn't know about and getting totally lost on the DLC ones.
  4. I'm up for a game tonight. PSN is doubleg213 if you want to add me.
  5. First time I have come across it happening today. The one with Martyrdom was just an idiot. Was standing at the blown open wall in the room next to the mounted minigun on Skid Row, he was totally in the open and getting killed lots (like I do but even worse) and everytime he took me out with the grenade. Apart from it this afternoon I've been enjoying hardcore more as it seems to be a lot more even.
  6. Al, I'll be on tonight and probably tomorrow night. Been getting really frustrated with it this afternoon on Hardcore TDM, 3 games in a row ended up with my own side killing me repeatedly when I was doing well and had an area well secured. First one was on Skid Row, guy with Martydom kept on standing right next to me and getting killed then taking me out with his grenade. Did it at least 5 times, ended up I was shooting him myself to keep him away from me. Second one was on Bailout and a guy on my side got me with a melee then same guy hid where I had been and killed me when I came back round. Went elsewhere and eventually same guy started chucking grenades into the room I was in. Third one on Skid Row, me and another guy had the upstairs room near the truck pretty much covered as even if one of us got killed the other took them out then when respawning we could take turns laying a claymore. Beasting the game big style and we had the top two scored before we started getting grenade and rocket attacks from our own side. Made you look quite calm at that point Al!
  7. MW2 was the first ever one for me so never seen zombie mode before on an older one. I'll have a scout about on t'interweb later to see if I can find the old one.
  8. Obviously I will be up for it Al. Getting well into it with MW2. Be nice to be starting afresh at the sametime as everyone else on the new one.
  9. Would love it if it was the case as I would see him as a serious long term option to progress us.
  10. I'd like to see us be looking at things long term with a younger manager. To be honest I haven't really seen what kind of football Deschamps teams play but I would be concerned given that he resigned from both Monaco and Juventus after arguing with management that if things didn't go his way the toys would be out of the pram and he'd walk away. Maybe in some respects we need someone like that, but I would be concerned especially when we really do seem to need the club settled down in general. Aside from that Pellegrini stands out as someone who would probably be available fairly quickly with him being out of work but I am struggling to think of anyone else young who would be a long term option. I'm unconvinced by Owen Coyle although he did get Burnley playing some nice stuff before they dropped off. Holloway is probably a gamble although I do like him in general. Outside of that Klinsmann has had a fairly limited managerial career really, so again would probably be a bit of a gamble. Much as I love our club Pep Guardiola would be insane to come here now with what he has going at Barcelona. Frank Rijkaard appeals as some of what Barca have going for them now was inherited from his regime and he was largely sacked because he was beaten by Real Madrid, won two La Liga and a Champions League which shows he can do the job. Kenny would be good, but coming in and rescuing the club and making us a force again is a bit too Roy of the Rovers with the old hero coming back to save us. I'd love it to happen but I would hate to see him getting stick if we still didn't perform. It wouldn't sully him for me as he was manager when I first started getting into football properly as a kid and along with the likes of John Barnes is the main reason I support and love Liverpool instead of that over rated shite at St. James' Park. It would hurt me a lot to see him given the kind of disrespect that Hodgson gets (fine criticise his results but things like budgie faced cunt are well out of order). Joachim Low would be the fantasy option for me as he has Germany playing some good football and obviously has an eye for younger players. However I think he is probably on the verge of something fairly spectacular with Germany and I doubt he would want to pass that up. In summary Pellegrini or Kenny if we are looking at short term. Frank Rijkaard if we are looking long term. Whether any of them bar Kenny would want it is another matter.
  11. Got to love the attitude of Blackpool. Go 3-1 down against a team who get paid more in a week than your squad cost and keep going forward and pull it back to 3-2.
  12. Just watched the interview on the Sky website, the quoted above and him saying at the start of it that we "dominated" the second half is a fucking joke. I'm all for a manager defending his players but to come out with that is unbelievable. Nothing in what we have done in the last few games gives me any hope the team is going to improve under Hodgson. It's not as if you can even pick out one area and say we are poor defensively or poor attacking, we are just poor everywhere at the moment. Link to Sky for interview for anyone who hasn't seen it* Sky Sports | Football News | Match Video | Everton v Liverpool - 17th October 2010 *Warning it's almost as grim as the performance today.
  13. Honestly can't see anything in that performance at all to even give a glimmer of hope that anything will improve. Jovanovic on at 85 minutes. What is the fucking point it's too later once your 2-0 down. If he says we kept our shape well I think I'm going to scream.
  14. The way we are playing at the moment I'd take Jonjo O'Neill.
  15. I like the way he conducted himself in the press conferences and talked as if they are looking at the long term. Plus he pretty much responded to Swanson like he thought Swanson was a total wanker, so clearly he is a good judge of character. I don't expect us to be dominating the world in a matter of months we have to be a long term job as realistically we are never going to compete financially with Mansours millions. To be honest as long as we are run properly if we are near to them and going out to win games I will be happy. I see Arsenal as the model for how I would like to see us run (which is pretty much how we used to be run once upon a time) i.e. bring through good youth and supplement that with the occasional marquee signing. Or in simple terms, just run the club sensibly. Never mind the likes of Larry David and Stallone, we have the coolest man on the planet as a fan:
  16. I really struggle with the Johnson situation. What I don't get is how when we set out the side with two defensive midfielders no one seems to see the need to drop into the RB slot when he goes forward. I know Carra seems to be on the wane but to be fair I don't think it's helped by him being left on his own with a big gaping space on the right and he is getting dragged about because he doesn't have the support and often is ending up exposed. Baffles me when Hodgson says we have kept our shape well. How can we be keeping our shape well when there is a gaping hole on the right flank?
  17. This (more or less). Irrespective of Hodgson staying or someone else coming in it is probably going to be a long hard job.
  18. Is irrelevant what anyone else watching it thinks as we all know better. Be a plus if he did try a court case as it will just end up disproving what he is saying and making him look more of a cunt. Had the transfer spend argument with loads of non Liverpool fans who base their views on the big money figures in the shit rags. Didn't know I was a terrorist either, learn something every day.
  19. Had my first match winning kill ever :-) I've discovered Hardcore Team Deathmatch too, which is proving interesting.
  20. Exactly, all I want is a club run properly strengthened sensibly that brings through it's own youth and acts with class again. Something I noticed at the end of the scrum, when he walked back briefly to talk to someone on left of shot on bbc, I'm sure they asked him if he had anything to say to Hicks and Gillett and he just said no and walked off. Like it should be, not getting dragged into public slaggings and just doing things quietly and with class. Wish so much I could get afford to get down to see the derby now.
  21. I think there is only one thing to say really. Blow Me Fuckface!
  22. So relieved it's done. Broughton staying on in transitional will hopefully work out or maybe even prove permanent. Had a little cry to myself like the big girls blouse that I am. Now ready to celebrate and hopefully for the whole club to move onwards and upwards and go back to being run properly again.
  23. Not going to believe it till I see Broughton or Henry say it, but I'm welling up.
  24. I didn't know who he was myself till today. He is a cock of the highest order, has one of those faces you could start slapping and not be able to stop.
