    it would take up more space than you think.

    there's no chance of the council allowing a road to go through the park,building a stadium on mostly a capark space is on thing.but a road brings up all kinds of problems and to re-route it safley would probably require taking out some of the green space in the park.

    no system is perfect teams who do zonal marking will let in goals as will teams going man to man.at the end of the day its not the system its down too its the players on either side as to who's fastest to the ball.

    i was there that day in fact when we 1st went into the pens we went near the front,but when we got in place i said to my mates that the view was shit so we moved further back.i don't really know what effect that day has had on me since, it is always in my thoughts one way or the other.one thing that has had thinking it effected some way more than i thought came on the build up to the 20th anniversary,its probably a trivial thing.anyway when i go to sleep of a night i always leave the tv on for some reason i don't know why and i never gave it thought until the build up to the 20th i was watching lfc tv and they had a programme on (i think it was called what hillsborough means to me) and various people talking about the day.one of the fans talking was neil fitzmaurice and one of the things he said one of the things he did after hillsborough was when he went to bed he left the tv on.maybe its just some sort of comfort thing i don't know.

    leave it, the council don't have the money this year they have a 91 million short fall in money and another 53 million next year.

    got to laugh the way some think its so simple to take out cpos to move people from there property so that we can redevlope anfield.its not as if the club could take out a cpo on tuesday and the tenant is out by the end of the week,a new stadium could be built in the time takes for a cpo to come into effect.

    i remember a few years back listening to radio merseyside,they had liverpool councillor on who happened to be an efc season ticket holder.anyway he'd just come back from a fact finding trip to america as liverpool was preparing to host the firefighter games,while he was there was some hotel or something and there was commotion and in walks obama and his bodygaurds and so on.at the time obama was running for president and the liverpool councillor asked the bloke he was with if he could meet obama but the bloke doubtful,but luckly the coucillor got his wish and when he told obama he was from liverpool obama said he knew of 2 things from liverpool the beatles and liverpool f.c. also not so long ago the chairman of arsenal said there are only 2 truely global clubs in british football liverpool and manchester united.

    the 2nd yellow was the correct decision but the 1st was harsh that should just been a little word from the ref,and as for the bale and the crowd shouting for the card isn't that what happens all the time.
