    People still bitching eh? Everybody knew Torres was injured so what do you expect? Besides El zhar in for Benayoun/Riera(who looked knackered again on wednesday) thats a very strong team, and I personally don't think El zhar is a slouch.

    I actually think the younger, more inexperienced players (Lucas, Dossena, Ngog, etc) play better away from Anfield, away from the pressure. I'd let Darby play against Boro but I'd be more cautious about playing him infront of our Home crowd. (We're playing Sunderland on Tuesday? The Madrid game is next Tuesday.)

    I don't get it. Why's he putting out a weakened team? Its not like they're fighting relegation, is it? Is it so they have a better chance of getting fourth? so they can play a CL qualifier, get knocked out and play in the UEFA cup?

    Rafa's probably in the last 8 of the CL (he's also already one it once and been in another final) and only 7 points behind the best team in the whole world in a far tougher league.

    Keane being Rafa's first choice striker is not the same as Keane being Rafa's first choice signing. Rafa did not wasnt Parry to spend 20M on Keane, (nobody did) if it meant he wouldn't get Barry, and this was reported by Tony Barrett at the Echo so its pretty reliable, I'd say.
