So we in agreement next 2-3 years we could see a minimum of 4 possibly 5 midfielders leaving the club . Get your point about more experience but we don't seem to be sniffing about premiership proven from Leicester, Brighton or Leeds . Even if we do secure Bellingham next year we are still going to need at least 2 youngsters to come through the ranks above and beyond Jones,Elliot and Carvalho. This guy seems to be elite in his age group could be worth a punt . Although I hate typing this mcginn from villa could be the transition player we may need.

Based on some of the scouting in the last few posts I am all in on this guy. Great name for back of shirt as well. Look midfield is going to be our main rebuild next 3 to 4 years having someone like this guy on the books could only help.

His face when Adriana said Chris could no longer perform absolutely brilliant. For me he got a lot of the good lines but those facial expressions made him the best character of the lot .

Akram has to be in. he (I think) was the developer of reverse swing . Batsmen hadn't a clue. The production line of bowlers from Waquar to present day with his teaching has been unbelievable. Superstar.

That mental slowness makes him seem disinterested in getting involved in the play . Could quote plenty of examples of talented players who seem to drift through games with flashes of brilliance . Works at likes of Southampton , spurs or West Ham . We don’t tend to let them have a long career here. Hope he steps up but sheer talent will not get him into our match day squad .

Jones better than Ramsey ? It's all about opinions but I certainly would rate Ramsey higher and he would be knocking on the starters door for us.

At this stage I don't Get the constant oust Johnson out calls by the opposition . I am no strategist but surely him hanging on with past revelations and future gaffs is the best option . Yeah they fear his vote winning capability at a GE but the man is toxic in enough of the electorates minds now. Had his cult following but he damaged goods no coming back from this. You know what you onto something . I worked with a lad same job different shift so like for like . He was an absolute car crash and initially I despised him and working with him . When management did nothing and I saw what he was getting away I developed a grudging admiration for him .

You have described a modern day John Wark. Spent more time making runs into opposition box than being a traditional midfielder. Great to watch and a hell of a player . However in those days we had a midfield that could cope with him going awol . Check out his LFC highlights they aren’t really highlights that’s the way he played.

Lads he's seeing out his contract what more do you want ? Why all the agnst ? Come back to this thread next year when he secures another golden boot and praise him or castigate him if he does a Christensen and refuses to play matches in case he gets injured . I predict it will be the former . Either way he will be a club legend he has already done enough . I would go as far as to say he is a model professional. Note Pogba left today now there was a complete and utter waste of space. Are we really comparing MO's actions to that clown ? Behave.

Suspect it would unfortunately . However at this stage I can see him as the Aguero type signing for Newcastle . Someone has to progress them from mid table to attracting top talent . I see an ageing and still capable Salah as the catalyst.

Woof obviously been underpaid in last contract looking to make up the perceived difference . Let BM pay the premium. Have to admire his commitment to LFC cause last 6 months however get more of a feeling now it was a look what I can do come and get me period . If he seals that deal fair play. What's everyone up in arms about ? He leaving next year probably for City or Newcastle . Saw out his contract and will have been an absolute legend in LFC history . Move on he obviously wants to pocket signing on plus mad contract for over 30 year old. Fair play would do the same myself . Also think he will be a star at another club for maybe 4 or 5 years but he gave us his best years.

Kenny had a plan Houghton slotted straight in . Think he had a memorable derby debut knocked them out of FA Cup with a header if I am not mistaken.

Houghton as well . I can honestly say I walked around like that Bart Simpson Gif for a full two months before the season started . It was the best transfer window of all time .

I would have Rashford no problem . The ones to avoid are the likes of Delli Alli (spelling) and Grealish who just went through spectacular spells and Mount just don't see it. While we are on it and completely off topic , Elliot needs to show more next year if he is the talent some on here think he could be.
