Ricky seems like a decent enough lad. He's put a good shift in and really needs to fuck off and enjoy the benefits of it. Manny is a Gent and a proper legend. As good as I've ever seen. The two didn't belong in the same ring together but that's PPV for you. Good luck to both lads. Thank fuck that's the last we'll see of the 25,000 'crowd' of tossers that travel to support him.

L'instinct de mort (2008) Public Enemy No 1 This is in two parts and lasts best part of 4 hours. Goes on quite a bit and is hardly believable unless you are familiar with the history of Jaques Mesrine. I hesitate to call it the Gallic 'Goodfella's, so I won't, but maybe someone else will. Enjoyable, if long, yarn. The guy's a nutter. Go prepared, take sandwiches, a cushion and shaving gear...and some smelly cheese. 8/10

Froch has a lot learn about the noble art but you can't take nothing away from the lad and that performance. He knew he needed that last round and went out and got it. Reminded me a little of the Hagler v Hearns fight when Hagler was cut and needed a knock-out. Fair play to Froch, very exhilarating to watch. Go and have a pint lad, you deserve it. Thought the Ref did the right thing, jumping in to prevent Taylor getting seriously injured.
