  1. I am convinced we will have a new manager next season. Kenny will be told that he is no longer needed as manager and offered another role. I think it's the right decision too. It's a shame it has ended like this but unfortunately the league results just aren't good enough regardless of what we have done in the cups.
  2. Enough is enough with this shit week after week. Woy coming and taking 3 points is the final straw. A complete overhaul is needed in the summer starting at the top. Nothing will change next season unless decisive moves are made with regards to the manager and playing staff.
  3. He's a cunt but the people who he is interviewing should take it with a pinch of salt and play him at his own game.
  4. Jones doesn't seem too keen on catching the ball first time. Always palming it in front of him and then takes it in his hands.
  5. Decisive action, timing is strange but personally I would have got rid of him the moment he signed off on Carroll for 35m. I still can't believe people thought he would be good. I'd say Kenny will be gone at the end of the season. This will probably be announced the same time as new stadium plans to appease the fans that don't like it. Their young manager will be brought in with money to buy some players the shite players will be offloaded and we will start all over again the way they wanted to in the first place.
  6. The owners decision of getting rid of Kenny is getting easier and easier after every match. He continues to do what all managers that are on their way out do, by sticking with his style even though it is clearly not working. I don't know what's more laughable our turgid performances or the so called superfans calling those that complain Sky Sports Generation Fans. I rather be called that than sentimental and clueless. It's sad that his second spell as manager has ended up like this. I hope he will stay on in some capacity but no longer as manager. How can any sane person defend this shit. Just when i think I have seen the shittest liverpool performance ever, the boys show me they have so much more in their locker to show me.
  7. The players need our support but they don't deserve it. Only Kenny does. Football has changed it is now a business. You can't compare times now to way before. These players are getting huge amounts of money to perform and they simply aren't. There is no loyalty from most players so to excpect unreserved support is a joke. If they are mentally not right then how about they spend some of their ridiculous pay and free time working with mental coaches and fixing it not expecting fans to lift them up when they don't deserve it. If they want the fans to sing their name how about taking a pay cut one week and allowing all the supporters to go to a game for free. Their name will be sung then.
  8. I actually thought we would win the match comfortably. I can't believe i have witnessed another piss poor performance. The players don't seem to see Kenny as a manager to respect. Perhaps his role before being manager has caused this, perhaps his refusal to drop players out of form has compounded this, perhaps his apparent lack of tactical awareness or his ability to change things have caused it. Do the players see his tactics archaic and similar to Roy's and are comparing them to Rafa's? What is happening at training, the lack of options for a player on the ball is shocking and let's not even talk about the ridiculous on the ball decisions our players make when someone does make an intelligent run. Do the players know how to run into space and drag defenders out of position, do players know how to identify the space that has been created by another and then run into it? Only Suarez and occasionally Gerrard seem to be up to the challenge. We look like a mid table team and we deserve to be where we are. I am not going to idly sit by and condone what I am seeing week in week out. Someone has to go and I hope it is Comolli, Kenny (stay within the club but not as manager or stay on but not coaching at all), Carra, Aurellio, Kuyt, Adam, Downing, Maxi and possibly Carroll and Henderson. I could name the whole squad to leave bar 5 players but we can't get rid of all the shite. If Kenny isn't moved on then we should get a top class attacking coach to work on our team and get someone else to sign our players (instead of Comolli) with input from the attacking coach. Let's just sack our scouts and get in a few Newcastle, Benfica and Porto ones. Our scouting system is dire. Newcastle have signed some wonderful low profile players and the other two always get quality players, could we realistically poach any of them? We are now having to play Doni in nets. Big game for him to start in the semi. He should have been playing games well before this and I mentioned this earlier. Carra playing every game destroys Skrtel as we play too deep and he doesn't play on the right of the two centre halves. Coates should be playing. What will people's feelings be if Everton finish ahead of us and knock us out of the cup? There is no reason to be playing Carra anymore unless Kenny is strategically having a powerful man in the dressing room on his side (I feel badly even thinking that way about Kenny). Reina really annoyed me yesterday, with his petulant outburst. He was trying to create a quick attack and gets tripped up, SO FUCKIN WHAT! You pick yourself up and continue to start the attack quickly. When Perch is running past you and all eyes are off you trip the cunt up if you wish. Perch made a meal of it but this is to be expected when you make a movement like that towards a player. The Carroll incident didn't bother me. I hope this will be his wake up call now that he knows the Geordies think he is a cunt. He needs to forget about them and play for his current club giving 100% every game he gets. Let the Neg barrage commence!
  9. I believe he will leave by "mutual consent" citing "family reasons" which is the owners sacking him but Kenny saving face. I hope he stays on in some role. Great man to have a round but well past it as a manager and he looks lost on the sidelines. It's painful to watch such a great man who loves the club so much in this situation. The players bought may not have been Kenny's men (although I think they are) but the policy to buy British would certainly have been. I'd get rid of Comolli too.
  10. There have been many factors contributing to where we are in the league but to say the league lies is going a bit too far. All other teams have to deal with poor refereeing, not taking chances, injuries etc, etc. Liverpool are fast becoming a laughing stock and our fans filled with a hymn sheet of excuses. The facts are that we should be doing a lot better than we are. We have had a key spine for years and were always looking to just add to it. Every year it seems we have been just looking for a striker and a decent winger to kicks us on. This year we had a chance to end the nightmare we had to endure. We had the money to make a real go of it, but we bought shite and a lot of people voiced these concerns. It wasn't rocket science to know that we were buying average players from average teams. We have compounded the problem by playing this shite continually and sometimes out of position ( I refer to Henderson having to play out right). I think Henderson is a good player but we have destroyed him by playing him too much and on the right. To me that is bad management. We have allowed some players to become untouchable regardless of form. Our problems can't be solely put on Kenny's shoulders but most of it can. Whoever identified the players we bought and then negotiated the deals for them is accountable for setting this club backwards considering the money we spent. If we needed someone to play right midfield why did we not just buy a player for that position, why buy Adam and Henderson? Kenny needs to change things; this includes dropping Carra, resting Enrique, giving Doni a go, Playing Carroll more, Dropping Henderson (or when playing him play him centrally), Adam and Kuyt. Start giving Maxi, Sterling and Shelvey more time on the pitch. There is an attitude at this club that needs to be addressed. There are far too many players that think their job is done when they put on the shirt. These players need a stern talking to and Kenny has to give it. If he can't and also fails to address the problems we all see then he is not up to the task. His excuse making whether it be just for the cameras or not is wrong and his constant support of his system and team selection is stubborn. I don't look for a manager to be flawless but look for the one that has his players give 100% and change things when his system isn't working. Kenny is not doing this now and that has me worried. I will judge Kenny like i would judge any other. Sentiment for me goes out the window if we need to progress.
  11. Managers make mistakes all the time, the right manager knows when he makes a mistake and fixes it immediately. They have the ability to know when they are wrong and put the club before their pride. Unfortunately Kenny has proven that he is unable to accept his mistakes. We have paid a massive price putting Kenny in and trusting him with 100m+. I wonder what the owners will do at the end of the season. I was negged to bits when I suggested ages ago that Kenny would be moved on but I am sure their are more agreeing with me now. It's sad to see this ending from a legend. I just wish he could save us more than believe he can.
  12. I've said it before and i'll say it again; I think Dries Mertens is a player we could get and he looks quality. We need a player that has loads of pace, can beat a man and knows where the net is. Get a good striker too and we are looking a lot better.
  13. He's classic. Loves himself and talks about him self in the third person. "I couldn't believe it. I was like, 'No way, Zlatan doesn't do auditions'.
  14. The summer signings have to be blamed on someone. I have a feeling they are Kenny signings unfortunately. If so then I think the owners will move him to another role next season and get their own manager. They have to be asking questions and getting tired of what they are seeing. If they are Comolli's then he should be sacked (I really dislike the guy and hope it was him). Most fans questioned the signings and we are proved right unfortunately. We are not even in the business and don't get paid huge amounts of money and yet we can see they were mediocre players for large amounts of money. There are good players out there that will play for Liverpool and our scouts have failed to identify them. I don't expect to get them all right but we have to get our big ones correct. We just can't afford to be like Utd/Chelsea and City and buy expensive duds and still reach CL. Newcastle seem to unearth good players more times than us. Of course they don't get it right all the time but Ba, Tiote and Cabaye have all proved to be good recent signings and Ben Arfa is a quality player when fully fit. I know people question his discipline etc but sure we buy average injured players with discipline problems for 35m. Who is scouting these players, head hunt some decent scouts asap if our lot can't do their job. Arsenal are another example of finding some very good young talent. Ramsey and Wilshire are great players and they also have the likes of Song, Diaby, Benayoun, Arteta and Walcott that are good and have a mix of youth and experience. They have bought a very good player in Chamberlain and are bedding him in slowly also. The players are out there and they all don't look for CL, our scouts just aren't good enough to get them. Our best signings have been Suarez and Enrique. Wasn't Suarez identified long before (maybe by scouts that have come and gone?) and wasn't Enrique only our second option as we lost out on Clichy? Sure we nearly lost out on Suarez apparently with an insulting 12m bid. How can questions not be asked of those that chose the buy British strategy, identified the players we bought, brokered the deals and then sanctioned the money for them. Another thing that bothers me is that we have Steve Clarke working on the defensive side (excellently by the way) but do we have an attacking coach working on taking our chances and decision making? If so sack him if not then why not? If it is Kenny then maybe he needs to delegate it to someone else. We look clueless when it comes to set pieces and we don't even have an idea who is to take our penalties. The problems were identified months ago and it would appear nothing has been done to fix them.
  15. This season has been a shambles on and off the field. Kenny no longer has a magic wand. We wasted all our money on shite in the summer, continue to stick with the shite, fail to take our chances and fail to deal with the Suarez issue. The owners have big decisions to make and I am all for change now, just not sure who can change it. I love Kenny but at the end of the day I am not going to be sentimental and give him more of a chance than any other. All this club ever does is look into the past and think about the future. We fail to look at the present. Everyone would have gone mental if Roy had have spent what Kenny did on the shit he bought.
  16. We can moan about this and that but at the end of the day it's been the same problem all season and Kenny has not addressed it. We fail to take our chances and the players need to look at themselves for that. I really can't understand what goes on in Kenny's head. Henderson out right (just play him centrally or don't play him at all) and playing Adam. Adam is just one of the worst central midfielders in the prem. He has no qualities whatsoever. Carra is past it and Coates should be played till the end of the season. 4th is gone now and we have noone else to blame but Kenny and the finishing.
  17. Adam is just so shit. Unbelievable. He actually thinks he is some world beater too.
  18. Can't believe he missed it. I was sure he would score. Was going nuts at the telly when Adam was stepping up for it.
  19. I can't see Kenny making the subs at half time even though they are needed. Henderson off for Bellamy as he has been dreadful and Adam off so Gerrard can play more forward with Spearing covering in.
