once again the fa have let him off easy or should that be 'easeh.' reading this twats supposed apology he apologises for 'making my comments about the referee public.' in other words he still thinks the ref was unfit so his apology is nothing of the sort. he has made a career out of pressuring refs before during and after games to his teams advantage. the fa have been and still remain gutless at doing anything about it.

if it gets him in the shop window so we get a fee for him fair enough. but you just know hes not going to score many if any especially when he missed that easy chance against lyon. take note rafa, just because some players are on a bosman doesnt mean they are any good.

me to which is why i asked. lots of people have been saying rafa wont win the title because his net spend in about 80 million quid. well how much do they think is a realistic amount. i am really interested to know.

only this one isnt about how little his net spend is. many many people go on about how little it is so lets hear some estimates of how big it should be for rafa to make a proper title challenge. I reckon he needs a net spend of about £150m not counting the 80 odd already. thats going on for £230m.

lots of fans point to rafas limited net spend as the reason why he cant build a title challenging team despite spending what over £200m. from what ive read rafas net spend is in the region of £85m give or take a million. so if rafa had more money to spend, what would people expect his net spend to be to turn us into a title challenging team. in other words, would his net spend have to be £100m £130m £150m more? how much?

new manager has to make title challenges a reality instead of rafa like once in a lifetime event. rafa has had more than enough breathing space cos he took someone elses team and won the champs league. we dont need someone else coming in and winning a title in the first season (would be nice though) and then resorting to shyte signings, shyte style of play and all the excuses under then sun. we need consistency at the highest level. rafa can then go to city and spend all their millions and still end up just about qualifying for the champs league.
