yeah thats right I've nothing better to do than sit and make up rumours. I never said it was 100% true but I've heard the rumours from 2 or 3 different people today. Cuellar is a better centre half than Hyypia but doubt Liverpool have £10m to spend on a centre half.

Rumours round Glasgow that Carlos Cuellar will be signing for Liverpool shortly after Rangers getting put out of Europe last night. Whats your thoughts?

not condoning the IRA chants etc personally I find it worse than anything that Rangers fans sing about. The "Celtic fan" excuse doesnt was with me I have seen it too many times to believe it but if thats your opinion thats up to you. I dont agree that they do enough to stamp it out as they make so much money out of it, it is in there interests to keep it going. Not sure if you go to PArkhead/Ibrox regularly but if you do you will know that any attempts they do make are half-hearted.

Robbie Keane got booed yesterday because he was an Irish Catholic nothing else and its naive of anyone to say otherwise. JohnnyH is correct when he says that the sectarian element at Rangers is worse than any other club (including Celtic) - there are however a lot of decent Rangers fans as well including some of my best mates who hate it and have even stopped going to games because of it. Celtic do have a problem but its more with IRA chants etc than blatant sectarianism. However, yesterday Liverpool played Rangers and it was Rangers fans who were in the wrong no need to bring other teams into it.

ok was maybe a slight overreaction on my part. But I had about 10 texts from mates who are Rangers fans telling me how wonderful it was and them rioting was somehow acceptable now. Also I'll no doubt get it emailed to me at work several times as well.

I told you before that Rangers fans were cunts, thats why I didnt go today despite wanting to see Liverpool. And that is in a friendly some of the abuse we get at Ibrox for league games is unbelievable. Yes Celtic fans are just as bad - they are not as bad sectarian way but they are he most irritating fans you will ever meet.

Been to away games at Ibrox lots of times, best bet is to stay in the city centre. The Crystal Palace on Union street, Horseshoe etc. Then get the underground to ibrox takes about five minutes or so. Long wait to get back into Centre after game as Rangers fans tend to leave 10 mins before end (hence name Subway loyal) and queue will be massive by time you get out. About 20 min walk.

Speaking as an outsider England has no attraction for me. If i was to move abroad England would not feature on my list. Not saying that Scotland is the greatest country in the world but its home, I guess thats how some of you feel about England.

Its been said before but most amatuers golfer have a poor short game, so concentrate on your putting and chipping. I just started playing again for the first time since I was 15 (8 years). My driving and long irons came back pretty quicly but found that I could be on green in 2 then 3 putt. Hybrid club may help, I prefer to use irons (3 or 4) but most beginners will benefit from a rescue club.

What can I say we are a clever bunch!! ok, at this point in time there are a lot of Scots in high positions but its hardly the same thing as being a completely seperate country. Although they may be Scottish they dont exactly look out for Scottish interests. The Scottish Government have done more in 1 year for Scottish people than labour have in 50 yrs, hence English voters complaining that we are subsidised which is not true - its just we spend what we have wiser. If labour lose the Glasgow East by-election tomorrow I believe Scotland will be independent in 10 yrs. My opinions are not based on any anti-Englishness but the concept of Britain is 200 yrs out of date.

Why? Glasgow is the least Scottish part of Scotland. half of them want to be Irish and others want to be English. Not heard the Edinburgh Dungeon story but it must be a wind up. Scottish independence is not so much anti-English as anti-British. Every other country govern themselves why should Scotland not?

Thanks for posting the photos, the idea is usually to pick someone borderline that will split the vote although on here I suspect that might be difficult. I went for quite an easy one to start although someone wll say no.

cant watch the olympics, bores me to tears. swimming isnt too bad, especially the womens but running, jumping etc does interest me. Even the football is shit, I couldnt even tell you who the holders are. Strangely I'll watch a bit of the commonwealth games though.
